Pearson are one of Scotland's longest-established car dealerships to still remain in the hands of the founding family. Dating back more than a century, the Suzuki dealers have locations in Wemyss Bay, Inverclyde, and in the North Ayrshire town of Largs, just a few miles down the coast. The business was started by John Pearson whose grandson, David Pearson, is the company's managing director and dealer principal.
The Motability Scheme helps disabled people get mobile. It enables them to use their Government-funded mobility allowance to lease a new car, scooter or powered wheelchair. Pay nothing up front - simply arrange with your local Suzuki Motability Dealer to transfer your mobility allowance to the Motability scheme.
Motability is a registered charity, which helps disabled people and their families in the UK to become more mobile. It was set up on the initiative of the Government in 1977 to provide vehicles to disabled people. Terms have been arranged with motor manufacturers, wheelchair and vehicle adaptation suppliers and insurance companies so that a scheme could be offered that enables people with disabilities to become more mobile.
Kenny started his motor trade career with Gavin Dickson Motors (Nissan) at the age of 18 in Greenock. Kenny loves cars and is a real enthusiast, liking both modern and classic. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis, walking and socialising with friends. John joined Pearson's in 1982 as an apprentice mechanic and is one of our longest serving members of staff. He became Service Manager in 2000 and with his vast knowledge and friendly nature brings customers back time and time again.

Really super service from Kenny at Pearsons. Not only did he find the right car for our family, at the right price! His team made it look immaculate inside and out in perfect timing for our holiday to the Isle of Skye. Was great to travel in style, comfort and safety. Ive bought many cars from Kenny and the team at Pearsons over the years. The service has been absolutely superb throughout on every car. Ive also had brilliant service from John and his team in the service department. Nothing is to much trouble and completely reliable and great to deal with. An overall brilliant garage.

My wife has used this garage for servicing and repairs in the past and was impressed with the level of service and helpfulness of staff. We recently visited the car sales showrooms and staff were again friendly, helpful and professional with a very good knowledge of their vehicle range. My wife was interested in a New or nearly new Suzuki Jimny having looked at a demonstrator in Essex recently.
New Jinny's are currently on a waiting list of several months due to restricted numbers being imported in to the UK. My wife made enquiries in the sales office and was told that there was one new Jimny in stock and available due to a cancelled order due to medical reasons. Having taken it out for a test drive, my wife instantly decided to buy this vehicle.
The salesman was very helpful and efficient and the vehicle was available in a few days having had all the fixtures and fittings added and fully prepared for delivery. We have been very impressed with the sales and service process and recommend this local garage for both sales and servicing.
