The guys at this garage are a breath of fresh air. We have been dealing with Neil who is just brilliant and can't do enough for you. This garage is a little gem, and whilst after much thought and deliberations, did not buy the car we went to see (only because it was not quite the spec we wanted) I will not hesitate to go back. Next year we will be in the market for a first car for our son, Prestbury Cars will be our first port of call as they have fantastic used cars, all carefully selected, especially if you have a limited budget.

No pressure sales, free to have keys to look around the car. Took car for a test drive with salesman Neil again without any pressure to buy. New cambelt and water pump fitted before car was sold and service book stamped. Would highly recommend. Many thanks Neil

I have to be honest felt like a mid star review is fair. I visited to see a Honda Accord, admittedly it was the cheapest car on the lot. I've just had a baby so budget is thin. Positives very nice small dealerships with plenty of cars to offer if you have a good budget, was greeted very politely by a gentleman who was attentive and realistic considering it isn't a very expensive car.

The reason for the lower review is because I wasn't sure the car advertised was the car I saw. Full service history the car was missing a sizeable chunk and I think the last service was around 110,000 miles and the cars on 170,000 I checked the MOT history the last 2 came back as clear but the one before advisory was rear brakes so I immediately checked and the discs are scored and the pads are down to metal.

I just didn't appreciate the surprise when I said about it considering he said it being a nice safe reliable family car but the rear brakes are in a very dangerous condition. So how that wasn't picked up during an mot or inspection kind of let me down. Please don't get me thinking I was expecting gold for 1300 but I can't afford to buy the car and them take it straight to euros and buy brakes.

I do have to say they were pleasant and I assume all the other more valuable cars are worth every penny and the car interior was spotless and been cleaned really nicely. The car over the phone was just taken in part ex owned by elderly and well cared for but its covered in bumps, scrapes and the paint is faded on the bonnet and roof so maybe they didn't plan on selling it so soon and I caught them off guard. I think benefit of the doubt if you've got a good budget pay them a visit.

So nice to go to a used car sales garage and the staff ain't swanning around in suits and shiny shoes. Friendly and non pushy service, just what I like. Ended up buying a car because I was left to my own devices unless I needed to ask for assistance. Fantastic garage, lovely service, keep doing what your doing guys. Can't recommend enough.

Paul was so helpful and gaveus a good deal, taxing the car we purchased and takings our old one off our hands. He offered to fetch our car when the MOT was due and bring it back to our home which would be so helpful to us. Paul is very friendly pleasant and helpful and we highly recommend him if you want a great and honest deal! Ken Mumby

I didn't actually buy a car from Prestbury Cars in the end but I did have a really good look around one car they had for sale. The car itself was a lovely condition Vauxhall Astra, well priced. The forecourt was full of like vehicles.all really well presented. I spoke to Paul who was really honest, helpful and non of the hard sell you sometimes get with dealers. I've dealt with many dealers before and you won't find many as genuine as this one.

Myself and my wife travelled three hours to test drive the showroom car here. We was kindly picked up from the train station and recieved excellent service from both the owner Paul, and Neil who took me for the test drive. Overall, I found them both courteous, helpful and informative. We are very happy with the car, and it feels a whole lot better knowing the vehicle was cared for, and sold at a reasonable price.
