Despite the number of positive reviews, I would have to disagree. My vehicle went in for a clutch replacement roughly 6 months ago, the price seemed reasonable and reviews read well, so I had no hesitation. When driving my car to work a few months later my engine mount collapsed and damaged the drive shaft and a couple of other components. It turned out that the gearbox mount threads had been cross threaded and left loose. Wouldn't recommend. Poor customer service and workmanship.

I have used Riccardo Miliani's for years and never been disappointed. I first used them when they had the Honda franchise at their premises at the Eastgate garage. I have always found them to be welcoming and professional. Always happy to answer a technical question or offer advice. I have left the lincoln area now, but still use them if I have an issue with my car, when I come to visit family.

Very good experience. I have a used car warranty that some garages don't like dealing with as it involves phoning the company (Peugeot). This garage didn't mind at all, gave a lender car when an additional issue was found. Before even telling me about the issue they called Peugeot warranty and got it authorized so there was 0 stress. Definitely positive experience.
