4MATIC is far more than just a standard 4 wheel drive. This system automatically adjusts to allow you to drive across different types of terrain and road surface. If any of the four wheels begins to slip, power is automatically sent to the opposite wheel - no matter which wheel. Even if three of the four wheels are affected, the fourth wheel will adjust to support your driving conditions.

After an efficient booking service over the phone I received a friendly welcome from Samantha at Brighton Mercedes. Samantha ensured the workshop were aware of an additional query to ensure I wasn't waiting longer than required My car wasn't going to be too long in the workshop, so I was invited to wait and enjoyed the spacious waiting area and a coffee. Many thanks to the whole service/workshop team.

I recently purchased a C Class convertible from Michael P of Mercedes-Benz Brighton. The service I received was absolutely first class. Michael took time to understand what we were looking for, then sourced a car, had it delivered from Kent, set up a test drive and made sure all the paperwork was done in advance, electronically, to make the drive away experience first class. The car is excellent and buying from Michael was a pleasure. Thank you again

We received a safety recall notice for the brakes on our car 2 hours before we were due to leave on a 2 week driving holiday. Amazingly, this garage arranged for a technician to come to our house immediately and check the car (no problems, happily) well in advance of the time we needed to leave. Our holiday was saved! Thank you, Mercedes - and Paul in particular!

My A180 saloon went into Brighton yesterday for its B service. I was taken care of by Neil and the team and they did a fantastic job. What made a difference was being able to comfortably wait for my car and be able to work at the same time. Great facilities to allow customers to do this. Thank you and apologies that my car was so dirty!

At a ripe older age, I have worked out that I have bought 19 cars. Without any doubt, buying my lovely Mercedes B Class has been the best experience of all 19. Paris Blackwell was helpful right from the beginning. My initial experience at the showroom wasn't great and I was actually walking out when the receptionist asked Paris to help me. He could have been put off by that, but instead he talked me through a couple of models, and although I wasn't even considering a B Class, he suggested I try it, after hearing that I have two less mobile family members.

I could see it was spot on for me. Paris didn't push for a sale, in fact I think he was surprised I bought the car. Talking to Paris on that first occasion, sorting out financial aspects and then his professional calm way of finishing off the purchase of my new car, part exchange on my old car, and all the paperwork involved, have made it a pleasant not a dreaded experience, which is what I have had on many occasions before. Paris is a massive asset to Mercedes and I will c certainly be returning when it is time to change my car again. A huge thank you, Paris! He even managed to get the car for me, the day before our Sapphire Wedding Anniversary, as promised.

Fantastic garage with incredibly helpful and friendly staff. It was like an old fashioned Porsche garage where the customer matters more than the sale. The technical knowledge was also superb as well as access to as many test drives as were necessary. In addition the follow up has been similarly exemplary. The best sales experience I have had for a Mercedes purchase and I have had quite a few. Very well done Lookers Mercedes of Brighton

I have been using this dealership for over 10 years. I can not begin to praise the Service manager Paul Allen for the way he has looked after me. Always so professional and nothing is too much bother. I'd also like to mention Mark Gale who is another valuable asset to Mercedes Benz Brighton. Always such a pleasure to use this dealership. Absolutely fabulous 1st class service. I walked in deliberating a Mercedes a few weeks ago and ended up ordering an AMG. Matt is such a great guy to deal with. Outstanding service. Matt Bray, sales, conducted an exceptional service. I negotiated over Email the trade in, of my old vehicle and the smooth acquisition of my new car. Although not brand new, the service and support offered, felt as though I was purchasing new. Matt when the extra mile to ensure our transfer of vehicles was without a hitch.
