We had a great experience with Rivervale. The vehicle we wanted was delayed and Duncan (sales director) went above and beyond to find us alternative and make sure all our questions were answered. We've got a gorgeous new car and it was minimum hassle. Would definitely use again.

MOST AWFUL COMPANY/UNRELIABLE SERVICE Do not trust this company. Partner has been waiting and promised delivery of new car for months! Has had confirmation of email of delivery and company have come up with multiple faults with the car even though it's a brand new car! 1st fault was the car apparently came to the garage with a dented bumper which they had to replace, this took weeks. 2nd fault being the "DAY of delivery" they took the car for a test drive in the morning and deemed there was a fault with the engine but were unable to assess what it was and were unable to deliver.

Still now 2 months after they've taken his car for the exchange, we are still left without a car! The communication is also terrible, we only found out of all of these things by having to call the business directly, chasing them. It's completely unacceptable and still waiting in hopes for this car to be delivered. Worst car leasing company I have ever come across in my entire life.

They're extremely unhelpful and as it seems have no way of resolving this problem or letting us know of any kind of resolution. Hoping to get out of the agreement and go elsewhere. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

First experience with Rivervale, and would 100% recommend to anyone. The supply chain isn't exactly the best at the moment, and new cars are difficult to come by, but Rivervale have been fantastic from start to finish. A special mention to Jordan Nailard and Ellie Holland who were both first class when it came to handling my lease to ensure it was a smooth handover. Any queries were never a problem, and always happy to help. Great team, great service. Thanks again!

I recently took our Renault to Rivervale in Portslade Brighton. When I dropped off the car for the MOT I mentioned that there was a coolant leek that needed to be looked at before any other work that may need to be done. The car failed the MOT on a ball joint, the repair was quoted at around 90. I again explained that I was happy to have the work done, but asked again; could they please check the coolant leak as I would have to consider what to do with the car if it was something expensive like a radiator.

I was told that was fine and that they would check before carrying out any work. A week passed, during witch we had a new born baby. I called to ask what was happening with the car as we where now with a new born and no family car. They explained the ball joint should arrive that day and the work will be done. I again explained the coolant leak issue would need checking before any work was carried out.

I was called the following day and told the ball joint had been done. I asked about the coolant leak and they said there was a hole in the radiator! They had carried out the work regardless! They told me the ball joint was 90 and the radiator would now be over 300! Exactly what I told them not to do! In asked for the coolant to be checked on many occasions!

I explained I may not have had the work done if I knew about the radiator. I was told someone would call me back. Now TWO WEEKS have passed! I was told today a manager would call but no call has been made. You still have my car!

100% Would recommend to anyone! Wow what a first time experience with this company. Trying to order a car that can't be built due to a world wide shortage of microchips all sounds a bit bizarre but very true. I originally ordered a BMW 520d with a few extras but thankfully due to the microchip shortage and many delays in the build time from BMW I decided to cancel the order and go for a Mercedes C300e Estate instead. Kyle at Riverdale was more than happy to help at all times and kept me in the loop from start to finish.

I have now received my Mercedes and am more than happy with it. The whole experience (even in times of covid) was far better than I ever expected and was glad my sister recommended them to me. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone. Big thank you to Kyle & Lydia for making me feel more like a friend than a customer, very much appreciated.

After being with them for 2 years - service is still extremely poor - call them for a new quote - your account manager will call you! No one ever calls back. Seems like they not interested in new business. Mind you when I first got my new s class the air con was not working - not much you guys did in the first place so if I am still calling - call back! Or not anymore!

Absolutely seamless transaction from start to finish. Professional and courteous staff. Delivered a vehicle to me due to the current Covid-19 conditions - fully serviced, MOTd and sterilisation valeted all within five days of agreement to purchase and a 14 day cooling-off period due to no test drive. Absolutely the best garage I have ever dealt with would give 10 stars if I could!

Flawless customer experience from start to finish. I purchased my first car from Rivervale during lockdown. Jack endeavoured to make the whole process incredibly easy (we got an amazing deal on an amazing car!). Jack wasn't pushy and he made sure we had all the info ahead of signing any paperwork. Highly recommend Rivervale. Thank you as well to the team who delivered the car to our door in perfect condition and on time. Highly recommend and we will be returning in the future.

I recently went into the store and was immediately greeted by a member of staff. I then spoke with a very friendly and polite staff member called Megan, who answered all my question and was very patient with me. I had an overall nice experience from the moment I entered, to the time I left the store. Megan was highly professional and I would strongly recommend using their dealership for anyone looking for a car.
