Our sales executive Max, we found to be a friendly welcoming individual, who treated us as if we were the only people acquiring a new car. Everything was handled so smoothly and efficiently that we cannot thank Max enough for making us feel so good. An excellent car buying experience. The showroom is bright and clean. After a test drive last December I chose to purchase a new car which I collected today (March). Max kept me updated with progress throughout. All staff were very welcoming and very friendly. I have no hesitation in recommending Tates. Many thanks to all but especially to Max for his patience.

Went to Tates Hyundai to upgrade my i30. I was seen by Ian, who was fantastic from start to finish. All the Team there were helpful, friendly and attentive. My first visit I brought our family dog with me and staff were happy to look after him while I was out on test drive. Purchased a new electric Kona which I absolutely love. I can't thank the staff enough for all their help, especially Ian who even called me a few days after I collected my new car to make sure I was still enjoying it.
