Purchased my new car last week. The entire team were really helpful throughout and went above and beyond to get me the car in time for the bank holiday weekend. Would use the team again. Thanks especially to Bryn for sorting most of it!

I LOVE my new car, thank you Bryn and Chris. I gave Bryn spacific details on what car I'd like and gave him information of what things I'd like the car to have and colour. Bryn did his research, and he found exactly what I was looking for within a couple of weeks he gave me a call. I went into the garage where I was welcomed by Bryn and Chris. both lovely and knowledgeable people in there job role, your always guaranteed a good laugh and banter when you visit.

I was in love with the car, had a drive and I just knew it was the one, I picked it up a few days ago and it's just amazing, I'm never out of it. highly recommend Chris and Bryn at Victoria garage, they both really go above and beyond in there Job to get exactly what you need. thanks both so much again for all your help

Made a number of calls inquiring about a car, no response back. Customer service is appalling and that's before you even buy a car from them. Don't waste your time. If you have a McLaren for-sale with them, I'd collect it

All well when they're pushing you to put a deposit down! After agreeing to refund me I've been chasing my money for 5 weeks! They keep saying the accountant is sending it but clearly not bothered. I will not be dealing with this garage in the future.

Having the worst expierce with this garage who are dragging the process of send me my money. 6 weeks in total they never return calls and keep lying saying the money is sent and will be with me in 3 days. Once again been palmed off today with no excuse to why the money has not been sent.

I've always had a great experience when coming to Victoria Garage. I have bought numerous cars here and they have had cars off me to sell through their sale or return contracts! The staff are friendly, helpful and approachable too. I highly highly recommend

Never buy a car from this trader as they make false statement n mislead you to buy the car. After sale is very poor and cars are not in satisfactory standard. Make sure you seek consumer right advice if you had problem with this company.

Brilliant service - will only ever buy our cars from Victoria Garage! Chris and the team are fantastic and for the second time in a row have sold us exactly the car that we wanted! We have just got our new BMW M4 Convertible from them and love it to bits. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Great people to do business with!- Was sorted out the best possible deal on the exact car that I had wanted for a while. Anything that I became unhappy about, they went out of their way to sort it promptly.however I Can not fault the car or the staff here, Chris and Bryn are an excellent team and nothing is too much of an ask. I was made to feel welcomed and Comfortable the second I walked through the doors. With there wide range of cars at a reasonable price, I would definitely recommend to anybody. If I could put minus stars I would! Terrible is the best way to describe them! Terrible after sales service! Sold me a car with a broken part booked a half 9 appointment to have it fixed (20 minute job) and waited over 3 hours for it to be done! Shocking stay away from these cowboys
