The result is one of the largest family owned motor groups within the country. Like most family businesses, the Holdcroft Group developed from modest beginnings. In 1966, our Chairman, Terry Holdcroft opened the first business in Hanley, Stoke on Trent. It was, and still is, renowned for a warm, friendly and personal service, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and outstanding value for money.

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Brand new car waited 4-5 months for was damaged and holdcroft couldn't even provide me with a hire car for the almost 2 weeks I would've been with a car. When I was told I said I'm going to need some form of compensation for a third party company to supply me with a vehicle. Holdcroft only offered to give me 100. Also when asked to provide me with pictures of the damage they failed to do so. Absolute joke. They deserve to go out of business.
