If you're looking for all the smarm, insincerity and target chasing fake sentiment of the corporate car sales big boys, then Graham Walker are not for you. If, however, you are looking for a quality car and exceptionally honest and sincere service from a no bullshi* business then you need to call these guys. I was looking for a used Jaguar and after trawling the internet and contacting what seemed like a thousand dealers (most of which I now need a restraining order for as they constantly harass me by phone, email and text!) I found what I was looking for at Graham Walker.

Being based on the other side of the country I was hesitant in buying a car I'd never actually physically seen from a dealer I'd never dealt with. I needn't of worried. Dave was as straight, honest and trustworthy a guy you could hope to deal with. The car? Well, I love it. It's exactly as it was advertised. In fact, it's better! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Graham Walker (especially Dave). Simply awesome!

Avoid this untrustworthy company! I phoned Graham Walker Ltd on a Friday to discuss a vehicle they had advertised. The first thing that was mentioned was the car has only just been advertised, however they were happy to discuss the vehicle and the various details. Following our discussion, I agreed that I would pay the asking price (circa 23,000- I agreed at the asking price following negotiations). Matthew, the salesman then agreed that the car was mine, however he could not take a deposit because he needed to discuss with his boss Graham. Matthew therefore said he would give me a call before 10am on the Saturday morning to take the deposit and he reiterated the car was mine.

I did not receive a call back as promised by 10am and I therefore contacted Matthew to place my deposit, to be informed that the car has now sold for 1000 more. I feel this was dealt with unprofessionally from a reputable company which sells high end performance cars. Following a discussion with Graham all he said was that he was sorry that I was not offered the opportunity to purchase the vehicle at the increased price.

I would not recommend or purchase a vehicle from this company in the future due to false promises. If this is how you are treated as a customer pre-sale I would question post sale customer service e.g for warranty work.

Disgusting. Reserved a car on Friday 15th Jan on their website. Took 250 came up reserved. As per covid rules click and collect. Rang first thing Saturday morning to discuss. To be told two guys had travelled from Leeds and were waiting on the doorstep since 7am and had bought the car and they hadn't priced it high enough. Think in this case it was forget covid rules first come first served to the highest bidder. Corrupt.

Couldn't be happier! Superb customer service from start to finish, and after care. Family run business with really friendly staff and decade's of knowledge. They only deal with high quality cars; hence their great reputation. They offer realistic pricing which ensures a great deal for the customer. Would definitely recommend and will be returning in the future!
