I purchased a 2014 Renault Megane on 06/04/2022 (yesterday) and was the best purchase experience I've ever had Alan and his staff were extremely helpful, professional and friendly I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from here again and would 100% recommend.

Wouldn't recommend this garage at all, first car we got had to go back due to a diesel leak near the engine and the gearbox grumbling. Got another car, paid an extra 750 for it to have more than a grand worth of repairs needing done within the 4 months of having it. Was sold 'fully serviced' which it has not, the air filter, fuel filter and oil filter were clogged and in poor condition.

The brake discs were in very poor condition and the brake caliper was leaking as well. The timing belt and water pump needed to be replaced as well which is a service item, the service book has had a good shuffle about with tipex to cancel out the 'service' which would include the timing belt being changed. Have contacted the garage numerous times via messenger and letter posted to the business to have no response back.

Just off the phone to Alan White after being ignored who is taking no care to resolving it. Would not recommend this garage at all. REPLY - the owner previous to me was your wife and previous to her was a close friend, you told us. I did contact you via messenger and you told me that you would have taken 300 from me to fix just the timing belt. No mention of you wanting to look at the car whatsoever.

You have also recieved 2 letters from me attempting to rectify this but no reply. Social media was last resort after trying to resolve this for the past 6 weeks privately and now have been blocked. I'm not dealing with this now, it's been passed on to the appropriate people.

Just wanted to say what a great help Alan has been. I have been self-isolating since lockdown and he has gone out of his way to get my car started again, making several visits and sourcing a battery. Many thanks for all the help.

Bought a vehicle from here not to long ago had to revisit because of a couple of minor problems however the service they provide is excellent despite me living in Arbroath some 90 miles away Allan and the team are second to none will do anything to help you out, very we'll recommend this dealer A++

Very good trustworthy garage, wouldn't buy from any other dealers. Alan and Alison are really helpful and accommodating when buying a new car. Definitely recommend. 5 star service.

Many thanks for the Chevy that you sold me for my daughter. She loves the car. She is getting great miles to the gallon and all her pals love the car. I even heard one of her pals say that she would go to Whites for her car when she can afford one.

Bought a Volvo v50 from here great experience. Salesman was fantastic made us feel at ease when buying the car. The car was exactly as described and extremely happy with it. I would definitely use whites of coatbridge again in the future.

How very refreshing to find such honest and sincere people that sell cars. We just bought a Diesel Ford Focus Ghia from them and it is a fantastic wee car. It was the earnestness and sincerity that shone out over the phone to me and this husband and wife team shine above the rest. I would wager with anyone that you will get the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth about any vehicle you buy from these folks.

We will be going back there to upgrade, you can not in our opinion beat this place for used cars. Integrity does not come at a price with these folks, I will put my name to it!
