One of the best experiences I've had at a dealership! They listened to what I wanted and my budget. I got my new car with mats and nearly a full tank of petrol and 6 months tax (which I've never had any of this anywhere else) I will definitely buy my future cars from here again! Brought our work van in here for service as this is one of our first new vans so we had to bring it to somewhere where it can retain the warranty. due to them being work vans and constantly in use we rang at very short notice and our service advisor (Chloe) managed to fit us in the next day, if we left it for the day. sure enough, we dropped the van off in the morning and were called to say it was ready later that afternoon. when we arrived the van was still in the wash bay. However, Chloe used this time to go through for a good while everything that had been done. Having previously disapproved warranty because of another garage it was great to see them explain everything in detail and in line with manufacturers guidelines to retain the warranty.

A lot of places are "here's your keys" and thats it. It's nice that they spend the time to go through the work. based on this experience we are looking to set up plans for the rest of our fleet.

I purchased an MG ZS EV from Vic Young and my whole experience was very positive. They provided details of the car I wanted to purchase and also evaluated and priced my part exchange based on photos I supplied. I was very happy with their valuation which was a fair price. Once we agreed the deal, Vic Young delivered the new car and picked up my PX at the same time. After experiencing driving the ZS for a week or so, we completed the paperwork. I bought my electric MG from Vic Young over a year ago now, and had great service from them. I bought it using the Scottish Gov grant and I needed their help getting all the paperwork in order for that. Also I traded in my car for a fair price which they collected when the new car was delivered. They were so helpfull all the way through the process and I am happy to recommend them to you.
