My sales contact was Maria who was a delight to work with throughout the sales and delivery process. I found her to be a true sales professional with excellent product knowledge, great attention to detail and a high degree of responsiveness. I purchased the car unseen (apart from the sales video) and had it delivered to Oxfordshire. Maria kept in touch during this process and answered all my queries in a timely fashion. David, the delivery driver was equally professional and helped me understand the main features of the car. I highly recommend this dealership.

Work carried out effectively and exactly as planned. Good communication throughout the booking and prior to my visit. After some bad service from a few other dealerships it was a refreshing change. The level of service I received was beyond my expectation, For a young guy dressed in Gym wear I was met with nothing but great service and respect. I dealt with Jeff and Michael and couldn't have been happier with how I was treat despite going past the opening hours. They made the whole purchase nice and easy including the trade-in. Things couldn't have gone smoother and I couldn't thank them enough. I can't imagine going to another dealership in the future and hope to be a long time customer going forward.
