Town Centre Citroen

For the past 15 years I've only get my car from here the staff are like friends all ways give you the time and the best car for you. I'll keep going back for my car needs thanks.

I was looked after tremendously and cannot praise the staff enough Danny helped me get my private number plate changed, as i wasnt too sure how this was done. I cannot be happier with my whole experience at Sherwoods Thanks again

My daughter only goes here to buy cars. Her first car was sold by Karen when she had just turned eighteen, now she is onto car number four and still with Karen. The service received is always top notch, from reception, sales, service and above. Nothing is too much trouble and any niggles are quickly sorted out. (The hot chocolate is such an added bonus too) I could not recommend Sherwoods enough but especially Karen, she looks after Raegan as if she was her own daughter. Thank you so much!

Avoid the service/mot department. Tried to rip me off. Had my car in for MOT & service. Rang and said it needs a few things doing about 200. One of the faults was an mot failure. So I mentioned I had warranty with mot insurance. They sharp changed there tune. He rang back and said actually its fine it will pass! I have since had my car seen by my local honest mechanic, who has confirmed the faults reported were a load of rubbish!

My front tires are brand new but you said they were perishing! I will not be using again. I have cancelled my warranty and will be cancelling my service/MOT plan aswell. Not trustworthy, very disappointing!

Service brilliant but sadly due to chip shortage was estimated that it would take till June if I was lucky for an build date as they was no cars of the tipes I needed in the country because of this I decided not to go with citroen this time but have to say the dealership was honest about time scale atlest

I received excellent service from Alan from the moment I stepped on to the forecourt to him staying after I finished work to collect my car. I was kept up to date with every stage of my car, which was very helpful. Thank you Town Centre Automobiles especially Alan.

First time visited this family owned business and what absolutely fantastic place this is, dealt with Alan and his knowledge was second to none. My daughter just passed her test 2hrs before we visited town centre sland and 1hr later she bought her first car from Alan many thanks to you all especially Alan.

Great service from Tim, no high pressure sales just good advice and brilliant knowledge about the Cactus. Brilliant little personal touches when I picked it up, the car was under a Citroen sheet and it was unveiled when I went to get it. Tim went through everything on the car and showed me how everything worked. Great customer service how buying a car should be.
