I called into this garage as had flat tyre, was alone and quite stressed and Charlie came to the rescue. I was so impressed at how professional the service was and how quickly my tyre was replaced, enabling me to get to the school on time to pick my 3 children up. Top service from Cramlington Ford when purchasing our Ford Kuga. We were aware of the issues and delays with car manufacturing at the minute so weren't sure we'd be able to get a new car before our previous PCP was up but we were over the moon when Malcolm told us he could get us one in October. Malcolm kept us informed throughout the process and was a really friendly and down to earth guy.

Friendly staff, hot food machine, coffee machine, fresh milk, sarnies, sweets, pop, and a few engine oils and brake fluid etc, never a que for the jet wash, air for tyres and a car vacuum with a nice smell,

I have bought from and had dealings with the bigger Ford dealers in the North East. Dealers who possibly due to their size lack the genuine caring empathetic touch. Fortunately today I found a Ford dealer that still possesses all of the above + professionalism. Thank you Ford Cramlington.

Absolutely delighted at the service desk I meet a gentleman called Charlie and despite I had to sort a minor issue regarding a loading light he showed very friendly and extremely helpful attitude. I run very often between garages and I would say mr Charlie from Ford Cramlington branch it is rare example in customer service world. Not for me. Could not get a member of staff, when I approached some one sat at a desk he said he was too busy to help. Another said I needed the salesman to give me a price for the car I was interested in but the only salesman was with other customers, I could make an appointment. My advice would be to put price stickers on the goods, it works for Tesco.
