Very helpful from the moment i emailed them. I lived 5 hours from the dealership and had a car i also wanted to part exchange. Richard took care of it all for me so there was no stress. The new car was delivered and my car taken away. The 3 year warranty with the new car was something other dealers didnt offer so I was very pleased. Would highly recommend.

5* Service all round, credit where it's due! From initially dropping in unannounced to view a few cars we had seen just advertised. Richard was friendly & knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble & I'd class myself as quite particular about buying vehicles. There was Good quality stock with a great relaxed attitude, My wife is over the moon with our purchase and reassured with the provided warranty. Will be recommending to friends & family to come here first when looking for a vehicle!

Absolutely tremendous service from Chris and Richard at Ashington Automotive. I was given a competitive price for my vehicle when I part exchanged for another car, price agreed and no fuss in settling the outstanding finance. My new car had everything needed as part of the service and MOT. This has been by far the best experience I've had when buying a car and I will have no hesitation in going back again when the time comes to replace it. Peace of mind with the included three year warranty as well.

I got a car from here about 5 month ago, a nice A Class, however the turbo went on the car. As you can imagine my heart sank. I needn't have worried, the car came with a 36 month warranty. All I had to do was take the car to them, and they completely replaced the turbo with not a penny to add from myself. The service from the garage was first class. I can not recommend these people enough from the sales to the after service I carnt fault anything. Buy from these with confidence and you will not regret it.

Buying a car made easy. No pushy sales tactics. I saw the car I liked and Chris simply gave me the keys and left me to look around and was not pushy. Loved the car and was offered a great deal. No stress buying the car and all paperwork done with ease. 3yr warranty which is great. Garage puts main dealers to shame. Great service. Definitely worth a look if your looking to buy a car.
