I had an issue with my C5 Aircross Service staff and workshop were excellent at Newcastle branch, sorted the issue efficiently and promptly, answered all questions I had so that i could understand the issue. Absolutely brilliant! Highly recommend!

Brilliant Service from Colin. He was very patient and didnt make me feel like I couldn't afford a car, unlike other places i had been over the week! Got a very good price for an almost new C5, as well as, good trade in value for my very old Merc. Overall, 5 stars for sure for this garage and their friendly staff.

Young women was excellent, after talking me through things she said she was training and took me to a woman at a desk in the showroom to answer a question for me. This woman made me feel that I was wasting her time. After an awkward silence I left. Perhaps she thinks a scruffy old man can't afford a decent car. I'll go elsewhere. If I was just scoring the training girl - five stars.

This garage is fantastic will definately use again even though I'm in Edinburgh! Service was brilliant from start to finish & staff were fabulous. They organised everything perfectly and even picked us up at the Train Station. Can't thank them enough

Took my lease car in for a service done the service ok and the recall issues. But went to put the little one in her car seat which they had taken out and not secured it back in. Take my advice people please check but it wouldn't have hurt to mention it wasn't secure.
