Absolutely amazing service from Neil at Brandon MG, couldn't do more to help us find our dream car. Made the whole process really easy and we love our MG so much. Would absolutely recommend both Neil and Brandon MG, best service and support ever!

We have just purchased a campervan from Brandon MG and we're absolutely delighted with it. As we are 400 miles away in Scotland we were struggling to get down South to view/ collect the van but we knew it was exactly what we wanted. Neil and John went above and beyond to get it to us. John delivered it to our door within 5 days of our initial enquiry and the process was absolutely seamless. We were very happy with the price too, some garages were quoting a lot more. I can't recommend highly enough! Lots of happy adventures ahead for us.

Was looking to change our Skoda, wasn't sure what we wanted, but had to be SUV. Left shaking our heads. To be told the lead time on one car was a yr. He was a typical know it all and knows nothing sales man. Luckily we went to another dealer ship and placed an order for a HS Exclusive.

Just bought a new MG5 Electric, Neil Edgley was amazing from start to finish. Knowledgable, as well being a great bloke who gave us the deal that suited us both, we enjoyed the buying experience from start to finish. We will certainly use them for after sales and no doubt be back to p/ex again.

After much consideration I decided to change my Mg dealership and visit Brandon Mg. Wow where do I start. Immediately over the phone my nerves where put at ease, where I was greeted with a wealth of technical knowledge. Paul immediately explained to me in detail each process of the service. I knew straight away this was going to be the place to go.

Appointment booked for following day. Arrive 9am advised to sign in reception area. Young lady very helpfull and friendly, she began to check and confirm my details. At this point Paul came into the reception introduced himself and again explained the service procedure. At this point we was advised of a phone call later in the day. Approx 12.30 phone goes.

Absolutely amazing dealer! Neil has been amazing from beginning to end. He advised me during lockdown, sorted me a test drive after lockdown and got me a great deal. I never had to chase Neil, he was always prepared and up to date on everything. The order also went amazing from beginning to end and I ended up with a car three months earlier than expected!

The final handover of the car was so smooth and amazing. I have felt so confident that everything was going to be fine from beginning to end, which says A LOT about a business. I can compare this specific dealer to another dealership I have been in contact with and it makes it clear that Brandon MG is definitely outstanding. It was a real pleasure dealing with a small independent company who value customer service. All the staff were helpful and efficient especially Neil who successfully managed the whole transaction including part exchange in under two hours start to finish. Unlike many other larger dealerships that I have dealt with recently, I didn't once feel under any sales pressure and wasn't bombarded with various insurance policies. One of the best MG dealer's in the local area. (I've dealt with a few). The after sales experience is brilliant, you're not forgot about or pushed to the bottom of the queue because your not interested in buying a new car. You're treated as a top priority from the day you step into the showroom. We own many (new MGs we own collectively, 2 MG6, 2 MG3, 2 GS, 1 New ZS) MGs within the family and from experience I can report that not all dealer's offer the same level of high quality service to its customers as Brandon MG do!
