Our 3rd Qashqai from Glyn Hopkin and more than happy with the car, the service we received during the whole process and the attention of the sales team and Thomas in particular. Nothing was too much trouble and we were kept regularly informed right up to the day we collected the car from the dealership. Visited Romford Glynn Hopkins at the weekend and purchased a new Nissan Juke. Anthony Guise and Brandon Roddy was extremely professional, polite and accommodating for my partners needs due to his disability. Both Brandon and Anthony took time to explain things which helped us to feel comfortable and confident to make our purchase. The showroom had a friendly atmosphere, nothing seemed too much trouble. So I decided the time was finally right to purchase a brand new car. My lovely friend Helen Hunt put me in touch with Anthony Valentine at Glyn Hopkins Romford and he was amazing. He had the patience of a saint as I asked so many questions and he had all the answers. He showed me round several cars and I finally decided on the Juke N-Connecta everything was plain sailing from purchase to collection. Met the lovely ladies on the service desk and set up a service plan and everything was explained fully. Anthony was over the moon with the Donuts and Sausage Rolls I took in on day of collection I would 100% recommend Romford Glyn Hopkins for any one looking to buy a Nissan. The Worst Customer care experience ever. I will NEVER NEVER buy a car from Glyn hopkin Romford. I am an NHS dr. I told them my car that I bought from them was broken down and I need it desperately. I took my car with help from AA as it broke down and when I arrived there they sent me away saying I did not have an appointment. When I called back later they said they didn't have appointments any time soon. I Will NEVER BUY a car from these people. This experience drove my wife to tears.

I had my car serviced and mot last Friday, I was welcomed by a lovely lady (sadly I didn't take note of her name but, she had blonde hair) she booked my car in and, answered my questions with knowledge and professionalism. I have been bringing my car here for a long time and, have always been greeted with a friendly smile and professionalism. When I pick my car up, I feel extremely confident that my car has been in safe hands. You should be proud of the staff here. Thank you

I bought a 2017 juke from the glyn hopkin nissan dealership in romford.excellent and honest service by thomas and all staff made me feel like a valued customer. No pressure selling and a relatively good deal on my trade in which was a diesel fiesta. Since buying the car i have had emails and phone calls to make sure i am happy with my purchase and after sales appears to be second to none.
I am extremely satisfied and am confident i made the right choice in dealing with glyn hopkin and would recommend a visit to anybody thinking of purchasing a new or used vehicle

The staff at Glyn Hopkin Romford were pleasant and friendly but most of all knowledgable and efficient. My car was demonstrated and all the choices clearly explained to help me decide on the right car for me. It was delivered on time and in the most pristine condition. Why would I not give five stars.?

Strange showroom, when you use the customer carpark something feels not quite right, don't recommend a visit if it's raining hard. We looked at the Leaf, nice looking car, but had a strange feel to the driving position. The build quality of the showroom model felt poor, seat adjuster loose and floppy, no left foot rest, lowest range of all the cars we looked at.

My first ever visit to Glyn Hopkin at Romford and I was impressed with the customer service and interaction. I viewed and bought a Nissan Juke and Matt was excellent in his service delivery. The timescales he agreed with me to test drive and then collect the vehicle were all met and it was nice not to have any disruption to this process. I will recommend Glyn Hopkin to family and friends if they want to change their car as the first place to go.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Thomas Johnson. He was well informed on the cars, very polite and was not your typical salesman not making us feel pressured in to purchasing from him. He agreed a great deal on a Qashqai for us and arranged for quick delivery etc, however due to personal circumstances and choices, we did not proceed with the purchase. This is no reflection though on Thomas and we would highly recommend him and Romford Nissan to anyone looking to purchase a car.

I had to contact Glyn Hopkin and Nissan GB regarding my new Juke Tekna which I picked up on 18th September and noticed the seats were wrinkled. After being asked if a "large person had been sitting in my car", the powers that be have decided to do nothing. It seems that wrinkled, badly made seats are a "characteristic of the leather seats in a Juke"!
My 2 year old Juke looks much better on the inside. Here is Nissan GB reply: Thank you for your contacting us about your Nissan Juke. Enquiries have been made with our technical teams on your behalf. I can confirm that what you have observed with your leather seats is as it should be. It is characteristic of the specification of your vehicle. As such, it isn't something we would change or remove, I am sorry to disappoint you. I wish I had not changed my car! So I am not happy with Glyn Hopkin Romford, Nissan GB or my new car. A very unhappy customer that will not be returning for a 3rd Juke
