Bought an Astra Automatic in November from Cliff after being given the run around by many main dealers who told me they had what I wanted, only to find that when I got there, the car on offer was twice my budget. My wife found this car on eBay, and have been very happy with it. The thermostat failed after two months, and true to his word, it was repaired under warranty including a courtesy car to keep me going.

I bought a navy fiat 500 from frankby motors earlier this year and I honestly couldn't fault them. The car has been fab and any questions I had and things they were so helpful in answering(first time driver so I had a lot of questions ). They went the extra mile to make this a really exciting experience for me in buying my first car. With it being a smaller garage they get to know you on a more personal level and remember you.
I also think this means they'd got the extra mile for you more than a massive brand would. I recommend them to everyone and I would certainly buy another car from them in the future.

Bought a car from here in July, Cliff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during the sale. Had a small issue today with this vehicle, spoke to Cliff who helped and fixed the issue the same day.
