Delighted that Rybrook has recently been appointed as a Maserati dealer, to add to their impressive list of car marques. Our Levante had recently developed an oil leak (despite only having 45,000 miles on the clock) which needed diagnosing and repairing. A big thanks to Rylbrook Technician Matt, who nailed the leak and also identified a secondary issue with one bank of injector seals/pipes that were replaced at the same time. The service and communications from Rybrook was excellent, special mention for Queyen who kept me abreast on progress. Great experience, first class, highly recommended.

My experience trying to sell my R8 to Jeremy the buyer was beyond a joke. Seriously disappointing.

Ross (GSM), Ash (Sales Executive) and Mark (Detailer) are all first class period! Rejected a new Lotus Exige 410 Sport elsewhere and the recent replacement supplied and to be supported by them is beyond my expectations, simply love it to pieces. The new deal this was based upon was very agreeable indeed, taking in my beautiful 2019 Elise Grey 350 Sport that I'll surely still miss.

This is a new official Lotus outlet and take it from me, a long-term Lotus owner, you simply wouldn't miss anything from any respect at all and in such a refreshingly honest, professional, sincerely friendly welcoming approach. I returned earlier today for a brief paintwork inspection as for some very minor surface blemishes and Mark did it there and then without hesitation, whilst everyone adhered to the proper COVID measures.

Many thanks to Rybrook speciality cars for giving my son an amazing experience this afternoon. He spends huge amounts of time in hospital but today thanks to Louise and the team special memories have been made. He enjoyed every moment of looking around and was blown away by the ride in the Lamborghini! We can't thank you enough.

What a shame there is no facility to leave a starless review. Probably the most arrogant and dismissive car bowsing/buying experience I have ever encountered. Having travelled across from Cambridge to Bristol, on the back of some interesting pre-owned McLarens on the website, I entered the the dealership with my family only to be accosted immediately and told that the showroom was "by appointment only".

It's not - check the website. I wonder if it's because I was dressed down for the weekend in jeans and a tee shirt? Maybe I would have received different treatment if I had've arrived midweek suited and booted? I have been lucky enough to be able to own several expensive sports cars over the years and have also been treated with respect - regardless of what I was wearing, or what day of the week I visited. Shameful old fashioned arrogance and ridiculous outmoded snobbery; when will these dinosaurs learn never to judge a book by it's cover? There are many other dealerships selling these fantastic marques - I would recommend you try them first if you want to see them represented in a more positive way.

Absolutely fantastic place, Louise was brilliant with my request for my 7 year old autistic brother! She's made a few dreams come true, the Bentley show room was spectacular and the Bentley aftershave is amazing! I've never felt more comfortable and all out needs were met! I honestly can't thank the team enough for making this happen, Louise went above and beyond to make is feel welcome! I soul highly recomend rybrook Bristol, especially the Bentley!

What a great place to buy a luxury car, not only because of the brands it represents, but the layout and atmosphere make it pure class. Amazing service. You expect a lot from the premium brands like Rolls Royce and oh boy do they know how to treat their customers. New to Rolls Royce, I thought they'd be stuffy and old fashioned but like my new Wraith Black Badge they've been absolutely superb. I can't recommend Rybrook Bristol enough. I'll be using them for Lamborghini too now.

If you are looking for a fast or luxury car this is your place! The dealership is the pure perfection! Spotless throughout. The minute you walk in you feel special and the staff is friendly and helpful. Multiple showrooms offering you different brands but the same time each one of them will give you spectacular feeling as all of them are different to each other. Also fantastic selection of cars, there will be definitely something to pick from.
