Myself and my son bought several new cars from this showroom with great pleasure and satisfaction over the years. In all cases we were greeted and treated extremely well by the sales executive Ismail Voraji with his well informed, polite and friendly manners. This is an airy, bright and spacious modern place with many different models (new and used) in show; comfortable waiting areas, great coffee always on offer and the cleanest modern toilets one can experience. What else can one wish for!

Top notch service. Starting from the customer service lady on the phone to the delivery of my repaired car. They gave us a coffee and a cake at the reception too. I got a video link showing underneath of my car and the issue. They gave me a quotation and took my permission before doing any work. Got it repaired. Would definitely recommend.

I had my m140i serviced at Williams Manchester and the staff are exceptional, Isabelle is super helpful and attentive. The technician who worked on my car Keith sent me a fantastic video showing me under the car and all the components which is amazing, it was very clear and thorough. Super impressed with the service I received. Thank you to Isabelle, Keith and the young man who checked me in too! Would never take my car anywhere else!

VJ's exceptional presentation on a car that was out of my range completed the sale successfully without any pressure. His complete understanding of the services and offers provided by Williams encouraged me to make the right decision with easy payments. Recently bought a new BMW from Williams Manchester with Nathan who met all my taxing requirements on what I wanted with the car as well as achieving a fair price in the end. Nathan was providing updates on when the vehicle would be arriving, as well as getting the car 3 months ahead of schedule, couldn't have asked for more. This has been my best car buying experience in 10+ years, all the staff were welcoming too!

Had my 10 year old mini serviced here multiple times and always drive away with a smile. They are reasonably priced, attentive to detail and even have an area for customers to work while waiting which has been a life saver more than once. Special shout out to Sophie as well who always goes the extra mile.

I recently purchased a brand new F850GSA from Williams BMW. I highly recommend Williams to anyone who is looking at purchasing a motorcycle. I was looked after by a lovely Sales Executive Craig Jones, his service was exceptional he went far and beyond on helping me choose the right bike and made the process very easy and straightforward. A massive Thank you Craig, I love the bike and really enjoyed doing business with you all at Williams BMW and will definitely be buying my future bikes from you guys in the near future!

Purchased a BMW of these guys, I received better experience at my local corner shop. 1. Took my vehicle out of my name before viewing the vehicle 2. During this current climate car was filthy and still had previous owners dirt 3. Needed to replace 2x rear tyres and wiper blades 4. Salesman Hayden and Daniel the business manager both rude. Save your money and avoid this place go down the road to another main dealer will also be writing to head office

Have visited this centre on multiple occasions. Although staff are friendly, overly in some cases which comes across as false, the service overall is shoddy. I was sat waiting for my vehicle for 3 hours when it went in for an MOT watching other people come and go. Staff just walked by watching me wait and only upon prompting was told my vehicle had been ready a while and I had been overlooked.

They deducted 10 as an apology, a little insulting. Today while waiting for my vehicle I asked about the used cars they had in stock. Someone was bought over to speak to me, he introduced himself, left to retrieve an iPad and didn't return. No apology or offer to have someone else speak with me when I mentioned this to another staff member, she just ignored it.

I was in the showroom for 4 hours, there was ample time. Can only assume he pre-judged I wouldn't spend enough money, which is the reason I didn't buy my car from BMW in the first place because the call back I promised didn't come through either. They are very happy to take your money, if this is the front of house service I can only wonder what is happening in the workshop for which we pay over the odds.

Collected my new 1 series today and I couldn't have had a better experience. Michelle had been brilliant throughout the whole transaction and I couldn't have had better service. I have always had male car salesmen when purchasing cars and it was really nice having a lady this time. She knew what she was about, knew about the car and was very easy to talk to. All in all brilliant

Exceptional customer service at BMW Williams Manchester. This is our 4th car we have purchased from Williams and have always dealt personally with Angela Ward. From the 1st car we bought Angela has acted in a professional manner and has always been very helpful, welcoming and friendly. She has always had excellent knowledge of the cars which we purchased.

We are currently driving a M340i. We bought the car new in May 2021 and despite the problems manufacturers are presently experiencing she was able to locate a car with our specification and colour just going onto the production line. We had the car in July 2021. Well done Angela.

Bought bike back in 2018 and the Salesman was brilliant. Bike was great, loved it! I called in 2019 when i wanted to change it he had left but I was promised a call back - that didn't happen so I bought a bike elsewhere. I called again in 2020 and was promised a callback that didn't happen so I bought a BMW from down south. I called again a week gone Friday and gave all of my details an the young lady was going to call me back with figures - never heard from her again!

I have now bought a Brand New BMW elsewhere. I even called when I was due to replace my car and they didn't call so I bought a Mercedes Brand New instead. Obviously I have upset Williams or they're selling far too many bikes to need my business! Best of luck to them, I wont be calling again sadly. I have even called three times to make the management team aware of my experience. I was told there isn't a Sales Manager anymore so I need the General Manager (No call back on Thursday, told he was off Saturday and today I am told he also left on Friday!)

Came in this morning and Michelle helped me build and customise my beautiful 2 series m sport coupe. The customer service, the help she gave and the fact you could have a laugh really made up my day and made the entire experience enjoyable. I hope her managers see this and she gets recognition. Absolute credit to your team honestly. Would highly recommend to anybody looking to go to this dealership, if you are ASK FOR HER, she's ace. X

I had my car serviced at this BMW and can honestly say the service is 5 star I was greeted by someone called Sophie who was very polite and helpful. I was welcomed and made to feel a valued customer. My only criticism of BMW is that they charged me an additional charge to look for additional work that might need carrying out although they complete a health check free offer charge that does exactly the same. As for the customer service I cannot fault them highly recommend if you want to look after your BMW

David spoon-fed me through the process and made the whole experience enjoyable and helped me get the perfect car.
