Charge for a diagnostic and then tell you they can't actually fix the thing they've diagnosed. Bizarre business practices.

Recently bought a 2018 Ford Transit Custom from Charlie and Neil, great communication, van was very well presented, and the guys did everything I asked of them prior to me picking it up. Couldn't have asked for any better!

I bought a Fiat Punto 2015 from these guys. The salesman of which I unfortunately do not remember the name of, was very helpful and really awesome! They gave me a 2 year warranty for a really good price and I honestly cannot complain.

Fantastic - Having recently suffered from a life changing stroke Charlie made it easy he is well switched on, a no nonsense propa bloke with brilliant customer facing skills, his father has obviously taught this young man well, I struggled buying big the van but Charlie effortlessly helped even though I dragged it in for hours, long trip back in bad weather to the North but Charlie and the lads checked everything for me, breakdown cover, drive away insurance and canny craic

Very pleased with this garage and Charlie. Had been let down by an online company previously. We have just bought a lovely second hand car here. So pleased to have the AA dealer promise good value, very good condition, no pressure. Everything as promised, 12mnth MOT, 12 mnth Warranty, basic AA membership 12mnth. service just been done. Came all the way from Pembrokeshire to collect it and drove it back that day. Seems a very genuine business. Charlie himself was washing the car as we arrived! I just bought a car from this family run garage which i found through autotrader. Car buying is stressful but in this case everything went well. I dealt with Charlie, who has a relaxed professional approach. He answered all my questions carefully and thoughtfully. He went and checked the vehicle twice during my first call. He organised to have the seat belt pretensioners changed under volvo recall, and arranged a covid safe visit for me to come and test drive the car.

We agreed a trade in deal over the phone, and there was no attempt to change this on inspection of my vehicle. Thanks too to Sophie who took me in convoy to a local fuel station. Happy with the entire process, and the new vehicle.
