Have just bought a car from Yareth, a very professional company, helped me out with the paperwork, always answers the phone, overall I am very happy with their service and with my new car. Even gone above and beyond and has bought me a daisy for my new Beetle.

Yaz and Steve were both amazing at finding me a new car. I told them my requirements and they worked hard ensuring my needs were met and that they found the perfect car, even traveling to Southampton to collect it. I have had my car a while now and have had no issues with it and I will certainly be using them again when I am ready for another. Great reliable service.

Great Service, love my new BMW. So friendly, couldn't do enough and excellent communication from sale to pick up. My car was all ready and waiting for me to collect. Really great, would highly recommend.

Sold me a kia picanto, claiming to have 0 faults. turned out to have 3 major faults when i took it to a local garage and was also not as described. I demanded a FULL refund as it was under 30 days and he consistently refused eventhough it was my right! Tried to trick me into paying all these charges when he clearly needs to educate himself on the law.

He also kept denying there were issues with the car eventhough i took it to an approved mechanic, but in the end i got my money back when he realised there was no hope of him winning the case, as it was about to go to court. Took advantage of a young lady who didnt know much about cars, well done hope you sleep well at night.

Bought a little Renault Clio as a run around from here, hassle free and no bs, owner of the garage is very fair and reasonable and even threw in a free warranty. Very happy.

This was a nightmare experience. Bought a Peugeot, was told it'd take a few days to get ready. Three weeks later still asking to get the car, once I get the car it starts fuming up as I come out of the Mersey tunnel within a week of purchase. BCS wouldn't repair it, denied any issue, despite the fact that the car wouldn't go past fifteen miles per hour. Had to take BCS to court to get my money back, and get an independent review from a Peugeot garage which deemed the car unsafe to drive - they mentioned this should never have been sold in the first place. This garage is an utter waste of time, BCS is beyond shameless.

I had been looking for a bigger car for months and found the perfect one at bcs garage everything i needed and wanted. Made a app for viewing for the next morning. So i went and fell in love with it straight away. I asked for a test drive which he agreed and yep loved it. Told him i wanted to part ex my car for it he said he will price it up and get back to me the next day, i also told him i had cash ready to put down for it too, then rest on finance.

I was advised by the owner to just put it on the finance i was going to take out, as it won't make much difference which i thought was odd but ok. I got straight home 15 mins later, and went to view it on his website again, to see it had been taken off. I thought ok that's because i said i wanted it. Next day was near closing time for garage so i asked if he priced my part ex and he told me there was a fella who initially enquired about the same car and was coming to view it tomorrow and he thinks he wanted it but will let me know.

Even tho i asked about it and then viewed it first and said i wanted it first. But yeah next day i emailed to ask did he come today asni was readt to take it, he said no hes coming tomorrow (another day) to view it. So why was he letting other people view it when i said i wanted it? I was willing to put money down but he said no put it on the finance.

So i offered more money than asking price because he had advertised it on another website for 500 more and was ignored from then on. So basically he let me travel to come and view and test drive a car he new he wasn't going to sell me anyway. That's why he told me to put the cash i had ontop of the finance and didnt take it on the day of viewing. Truly deverstated as I won't easily find a car like it again i told him i was pregnant with my second and desperate for a bigger car.

With lockdown it's hard to travel far to view other cars. So yeah deverstated really. Because on the day he actually seemed a decent helpful fella. I would have loved to have gave 5 stars. But i feel let down and like my time was wasted.

Amazing service from the garage, the owner bent over backwards to get everything tip top! Could not fault a thing about the garage. Another party was interested in the vehicle I have purchased (Volvo xc60) and tried to increase the offer they had put down on the vehicle, however the owner was very loyal and honest, and respectfully said first come first served! Would 100% recommend!

Very good experience. Everything went smooth and easy. Pickup was easy and the car is in great condition!
