4MATIC is far more than just a standard 4 wheel drive. This system automatically adjusts to allow you to drive across different types of terrain and road surface. If any of the four wheels begins to slip, power is automatically sent to the opposite wheel - no matter which wheel. Even if three of the four wheels are affected, the fourth wheel will adjust to support your driving conditions.
Every Approved Used Mercedes-Benz comes with a guarantee of at least 12 months' comprehensive unlimited mileage1 warranty. At any time your car is being repaired under warranty, we'll also pay up to 100 per day (including VAT) [1] towards the cost of a replacement vehicle. Please note the wear and tear benefit is not applicable for vehicles over 3 years of age which have exceeded 100,000 miles.

Bought my dream car (A35) from Mercedes Benz @ Ashford after being really disappointed with the customer service at my local garage. I dealt with Jake Krneta who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He went above and beyond to help find a car of a brilliant specification at a good price. He was always polite, professional and friendly and responded quickly to emails.

He was especially accommodating accounting for the fact that my husband and I travelled from Yorkshire to collect the car (and part-exchange my old one.) Jake made the whole experience very simple and straightforward. When I came to collect the new car, Jake had made sure everything was "just so" which made the day was really special. I will certainly not hesitate to purchase a car from Mercedes Ashford again! Thank you Jake and the team

Beverly and Mario at Mercedes Ashford are a true credit to the company. Nothing is ever to much for them, always so friendly and helpful. Beverly is always there to welcome you and bring you refreshments, shes always so lovely to have a chat with. Mario a sales person there has always been happy to answer any questions we've had when looking for cars and he also is so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend This Mercedes dealer at Ashford.

Before going to Ashford Mercedes we went to a few other dealerships in the area where our experience was poor as it felt that we weren't listened to or our business valued by the staff who appeared to have lost their customer service focus over the pandemic and lock downs. Immediately when we entered Ashford Mercedes we were engaged by attentive friendly staff who made us feel relaxed and comfortable.

Special thanks goes to Mark the sales manager and Eleanor who really were a breath of fresh air and kept us posted through the whole process. 100% will be coming back to Ashford Mercedes for my next car.

It's been a difficult time for any one trying to buy a new car which makes it all the more incredible that MB Ashford made it so easy. I was invited to. Special event day expecting to be wasting my time but I was pleasantly surprised that only did they have a new C Class available but they could deliver within just 3 weeks. Excellent service from Marios too who was polite professional and efficient throughout

Purchased my first Mercedes' back in June 2021 and was served by a lovely, approachable young lady by the name of Eleanor Prytherch, no hard sell. No gimmicks just a straightforward sale. no dramas easy as pie. I've returned 8 months later, to swap it in for another and have been lucky enough to deal with Eleanor and once again, a hassle free smooth transaction. so people if you want a Mercedes I recommend going to see Eleanor.
