Bought two cars from Lipscomb now. An Abarth which was later traded for a stelvio, can't fault the service. Visited for a service this January, working from home I requested a courtesy car but the work was completed by lunch time which worked well. Car handed back clean and spotless, just a shame the weather was so bad that it got filthy on the way home!

Just wanted to say a major thank you to Paul and the team at Alfa Romeo Maidstone: they offered an exceptional, forthright experience buying a vehicle without a lot of the stereotypical dealership annoyances. I ended up purchasing a used 2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia Veloce after an extensive search, and turning away from a few other dealerships following negative experiences, but from the start Maidstone was a responsive and motivated seller. Paul agreed to a scheduled test-drive and third-party mechanical inspection, and from there informed me of some of the work the car would need to have done to be at the AR standard before leaving the lot.
Everything he stated checked out with the mechanic. Additionally, he provided me vehicle information as requested and allowed me to check out the maintenance history of the vehicle on a visit to the dealer site. He kept our appointment time and didn't leave me milling around the floor with ants in my pants. Tick tick tick: all major, positive differences to prior experiences I've had as an American here who has bought a few used cars. Moving onto the sale portion things went very smoothly, thanks to the extensive communication by the team, even with the additional step of an international wire, and there were no gotcha charges or anything that wasn't agreed to and documented at the dealership.
A delivery was arranged with no trouble, in spite of the circumstances of Lockdown 2.0, and I cannot state this enough, they were in touch with every single update and concern. The Giulia Veloce is flat-out amazing, and way beyond even what I thought we were getting into on the test drive, the pros can tell you more about that though. What I can tell you is I've already recommended this dealership to friends and colleagues, will continue to do so, and it's very likely when the time comes to buy another car, it's going to be from here.
