So my car went into Barrett jaguar body shop for accident repair and came out with 2 faults it didn't go in with. And they refusing to put right, stay well clear of them I advise no one to use them. Customer servise is rubbish to. I will nevwe use them again or recommend them to any one

Great service right up until the point of collection! Owned a Range Rover Sport for three weeks and it has been back to the dealership five times, the latest time it has been there for the past three days! No ETA on repair! Barretts showed no ownership of problems, and unwilling to discuss the return of the vehicle. Unfortunately now having to go down the road of seeking legal advice!

Service department at Citroen are poor! Very poor communication, had to wait 1 week before I could get my car looked at and when I showed up they said they cant even look at the car! I can only hope I haven't caused more damage to my car while driving it. Now I have to wait for Hidsons in Dover to fit me in! Which they have quite quickly, thank god!. I have used Barretts for many years with Seats, and so has my Dad with Jaguar, but todays lying and time wasting we will be going else where! NOT impressed Barretts!.
