I went to look at a car and laid a holding deposit to secure it and they sold it to someone else within 24 hours. The message came through at 09:14 on a saturday requesting a response by 09:30! I have had cars new from this group and had an average of 3 cars serviced with them for 8 years. Nice customer service!

Good staff and nice surroundings. I always seem to need a repeat visit for corrections unfortunately. Customer service always very good and they address issues.

We popped over to the dealership on Saturday to have a look around the forecourt and spotted the M4 sat there, so we had a look around it as the weather was great. Brad popped outside and asked us if we needed any help, to which he was extremely helpful with all of our questions, and then asked us if we wanted to test drive it, to which we said yes, of course!

Immediately fell in love with the car, and Brad was extremely helpful and patient with us over the next few days while we done our usual checks to ensure we could afford the car and insure it, and again any questions we had, he answered right away so just shows how knowledgeable he is about the products he's selling! Fast forward to the following weekend it was pick up day and everything went fantastic and enjoying every minute of the car so far.

Massive thanks again to Brad for everything and the rest of the team at BMW for having made buying this car a great experience from start to finish and making you feel like a valued customer and not just another paycheck (which is what i've had at other dealerships!)
