Bought a car from them. The car turned out to have several faults. Made several attempts to resolve issues but in the end I've had to sell the car. The reason I have given 2 stars is because at no point did they refuse to look at the car, they remained polite at all times. I paid thousands for a car to use for work and after 3 months I still didn't feel safe or comfortable using the car for work so I had to do something with more urgency than they have put into fixing my car. I will never use Perrys again because they didn't resolve issues in a timely manner.

I listed my car for sale on autotrader, and Perry's called me and told me they were interested in buying my car at list price or very close to. I drove for 40 minutes for them to offer a price 30% lower than the asking price. This is after they'd seen the pictures of the car and spoken to me on the phone. Don't waste your time at this dealership.

The Retford Perrys team are all amazing people, Mark inparticular went above and beyond expectations, I had the best experience and wish all car sales garages took a leaf out of their book. Especially towards female's. I would highly recommend and definitely would return to this dealership infuture.

On behalf of a good friend who's experience has made her afraid to settle the problems and retrieve money owed. Service received from this garage in particular the suggested sales manager Fraser Clow is what you would expect from a back street garage, not a main dealer. After returning the vehicle due to breakdown the challenge was fighting to get the money back.
I would recommend staying away from this garage as aftercare is non existent. On a positive note the head office have been helpful and we are now dealing with the directors of Perry's group. Businesses are a reflection of the people in it. Hope Perry address the issues to improve their reputation at this branch.

Lovely little car purchased from Perry's. The first time we have purchased a car online without having seen it first but we are very pleased with it. One small suggestion I would make is that the car had a couple of scuffs and the drivers seat was ripped and it would have been helpful if some photos had been shown to reflect this in the advert rather than discovering it upon collection. However, we did not expect to buy a secondhand car in perfect condition and are very happy overall

Perry's at Retford was an absolute pleasure to deal with, Mark and Chris were the most helpful reassuring sale people I've had the pleasure to deal with for a very long time.
