We have used Chapel Car Sales previously to purchase our family cars. We have always found them to be very helpful, with high quality customer service. We recently purchased a Vauxhall Corsa from them and Jack who we dealt with was no difeerent, being very efficient without being over powering. My wife and daughter have recently bought cars and are very happy with their purchase, after sales good as well, I have bought many cars over the years and they have always been very reliable for me. No pressure to purchase and very trusting on any test drive of the vehicle.

I purchased an Audi A3 from Chapel car sales in January, the sales service was brilliant and I am very happy with the car. This week I had a problem with the drivers side window switch going faulty, I contacted the garage and a new switch was ordered and replaced with a few days under the warranty. Very good service I will definitely use this garage again and have recommend to family and friends. Jodie

I recently purchased a used car from Chapel Car Sales. I was looked after very well by Simon. I received a good trade in price for my old car. The customer service is excellent and certainly not a garage where you feel pressurised in to a sale. I left with my new car feeling very pleased with the service I had received and that I'd got a nice car and a great deal. I would certainly recommend them & the after service is spot on many thanks!

Website said open but arrived and it was closed, maybe keep your website up to date as so people don't waste their time going to the garage.

Chapel Car Sales were truly excellent. Their handling of the process, advice and communication throughout the purchase of my new Mini was outstanding. Jack, the salesman I dealt with directly, was personally excellent and provided me with all the advice, guidance and expertise necessary to make an informed and balanced decision. The car I have purchased is like new, despite being 11 years old.

The little touches that needed handling before driving it off the forecourt were corrected and refurbished professionally within the space of a few days as I needed the car to be ready quicker than expected. Aftercare (if needed) was thoroughly explained and I feel safe in the knowledge that I will be fully-supported should anything go wrong with the vehicle during the three-month warranty period (and beyond if needed.). I bought a used 2007 MX5 from Chapel Car Sales. The communication and honesty from Simon was top class! He fixed any issues I highlighted during my test drive and on top changed some additional bits because it was the right thing to do! Car drives very smoothly and I have the assurance of a 3 month parts and labour warranty on a 13 year old car! Bought a car from this company recently and found the salesman very open and helpful. We were offered a good trade-in on our old car. The car we purchased was in pristine condition, and had been given a new MOT and full service. We discovered a fault only after we had driven the car home, but they dealt with it straight away when we took the car back. I recently bought an Audi from Chapel and am really pleased with it and the service I received. There was no pressure to buy the car and the sales staff were very friendly and helpful. The car was really clean and tidy when I picked it up. I did have an intermittent minor fault with the car but this was sorted out without any fuss or quibble. I would definitely recommend Chapel Car Sales to anyone looking to buy a car.

Today 13/05/18 at 15.30. As me and my husband were looking at the car the man without a word locked up the showroom and almost locked us in the car park. He clearly saw we were interested and we were 100% about to buy. We arrived 30 mins before closing and saw the car we watched straight away. I'm sorry but closing 20 mins before it was meant as someone is there is bad customer service.

He didn't even warn us which upset me the most. I would not recommend and will not be returning. You just lost a sale. We will now be going to St Michael Car Sales as they give great customer service.

Went to look at a car bought something else from them, car is fantastic superbly prepared all the work I wanted done was and more with genuine parts as well would highly recommend them to anyone and will use them again no hesitation do yourself a favour have a look no scuffed wheels or bodywork on the forecourt
