I purchased a Toyota Hiace from David who has been selling vehicles since he was 16 years of age. He is very particular on which vehicles he sells and after the amazing reviews he received in the past for his stellar service I drove nearly 3 hours to pick up the van from him. He was professional, polite and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble and he took the time to give us all the key information and demonstrations relevant to the vehicle.

I would recommend buying a vehicle from him to literally anyone who wants a best in class service. His prices are fair. His stock is clean and well maintained. If I could rate him 6 stars I would. Christopher.

Just bought my 3rd toyota ipsum off of dave at goodmayes and had it a couple of weeks now. As usual with his cars the standards are so high. I usually do not trust anyone, but with dave, i called him up in the morning, went round, looked briefly, asked if the car was to his usual standard and said ill have it. No test drive, no tyre kicking, just me taking the word of a honest car dealer and guess what the car is just as he says. Dave also every time has given more then fair part exchange prices. I cant rate goodmayes and dave highly enough.

Went in just to chat about cars they had for sale, couldn't have been more helpful. Friendly knowledgeable staff who answered all my questions with patience and good humour

Bought another car from David, this time an Estima to accommodate a growing family. I know my expectations were already high based on previous experience. Still, I was once again impressed with the vehicles David manages to source. I spent some time in Japan and even though the bar is higher there, it still takes some effort and dedication to find specimens like these.

I also noticed as we got more aware of JDM gems, importers started popping up, some closer to where I live. Would rather take a longer drive to see David and the team to have full peace of mind and enjoy every mile on the way back. Please keep up your amazing work!

Very disappointed, i've bought a car from them that was as a p/x and i've been told that has been inspected by them and everything it's ok. Not true at all, as i drove the car for a little bit i've noticed the service light came on and the clutch to start sliping and car vibrating really bad. Not as expected at all. Be careful with this car dealer.

I purchased an imported mini-van from here and it's fantastic. David is super straightforward and the vehicles are in amazing condition; they're obviously chosen carefully. Good customer service too, would recommend!

I dare say when David saw a slightly windswept middle aged lady, who had been to many motor dealers in the south east, rock up asking to look at a little Susuki, explaining that she was looking on behalf of her daughter who was at work, he thought he was probably wasting his time! However, when my daughter agreed that she was happy to proceed, without so much as a deposit, just a phone call, David arranged for the car to go through the workshop.

I still can't quite believe that we were able to collect the car later the same day. Thank you David she is very happy with her new car, we are still in "discussions" with her insurance company over the payout for the car a tree flattened but it was refreshing to encounter old fashioned customer service when finding a replacement!

Had a good experience with these guys. Bought an 2009 Mercedes E-Class from them in July 2017. Have had no unexpected issues / nasty surprises with the car - has been very good. They picked me up from City airport. Were patient late on a weekend afternoon while I had a good look around the car, and in advance - giving info via email & over the phone before I travelled from Scotland.

Needed a car asap, walked in without phoning ahead and salesman made time to show me round the car and offer me a test drive. Car was cheap Px deal yet no real issues. Good customer service and very happy with my BMW.
