I bought my Peugeot 208 from these guys in September. I'm delighted with it. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Jack was professional, honest, went over and above at every stage and to be frank is just a really decent guy! I bought an Audi from them for 17K in 2016. They did not mention any admin fee until I arrived and paid for the car. At the very end before handing me the key he was like btw there is an admin fee of a 100. He had a sign on the wall behind him to confirm the admin free but this was obscured from my view. I had travelled 2.5hrs to collect the car, I had no choice but to pay it. I think it's dishonest and misleading to withhold such information and demand the pay on the day. Your apology is not worth a 100, so don't even bother justifying it.

I went to totally trade direct about a month ago to buy the first car for my daughter, all she knew was that she want a small, safe, not to expensive and affordable to run. And let me tell you they done a great job helping her to make a right decision and pick the right car. The service was outstanding and I would like to say thank you special to Howard for his professionalism and for all help. My daughter loves her car thank you again.

Found this company on Car Gurus, went to see there car dealership in Bishops Stortford. Unfortunately the car we were interested in had been spoken for. Looked around at the many well presented cars on site but could not find our exact match. John their sales person advised that they had access to other vehicles( ex-motabiliy cars), browsing through his car options we found the ideal match.

He promised that our chosen vehicle would be free from mark scuffs and dings. He explained that he would have to buy the car in for us and under no pressure we put down a deposit expecting the car to be with us within a week. After leaving the dealership we became very apprehensive after all we had just paid a deposit for a car the we had not physically seen!

A few days later John phoned to tell us that our car was ready to view. We went see the car and was very pleasantly surprised, it was better than expected and as promised was in superb condition inside and out, we took it for a test drive. John was very good explaining the controls and answering any questions that we had. Overall the experience of buying was excellent and we would not hesitate to recommend them to any one.

I purchase my Mercedes A Class a few months back and I can tell you I had a great service by Aaron he made the process really easy and simple. And the quality of my car is amazing. Thanks definitely a great place to by an affordable and reliable car.

I couldn't rate the guys at totally trade direct any higher. From the minute I arrived I was made feel so welcome and comfortable. I'm a young woman who doesn't know too much about cars so i'm definitely an easy target to mess about. This was certainly not the case here. John did everything he could to make sure I was okay and helped find a car that suited me.

I didn't feel pressured to purchase anything as it was clear my best interest was at heart. As I didn't have any family members that could assist me with the process John took the time to speak to my dad and make sure everyone was 100% happy. I will definitely be back here again if I need any help relating to cars!

Great service from all here. First time buying my own car, however Aaron was reassuring and in no way did I feel pressured. Managed to get a lovely car. One thing they could of done was valeted the car a little better. But top notch service nonetheless
