Brought my first car from Rick who was great! Informative, friendly and great service throughout! Explained all the paperwork clearly, made the whole process easy and stress free, and made me feel comfortable when asking questions about the cars I was interested in. Would definitely recommend!

Rick and Andy were both very helpful and talked me through the options I had and helped get a good deal on my new car. All the paperwork was easy and quick and the car was MOT'ed, even though it wasn't due until August, and the AA checks were done too. The car was fully valeted and looked like new. Highly recommended.

Great service from Raj and Rick. I bought my Ford Escort online (as a non-driver) without seeing it and Rick gave me lots of time to make up my mind and said I could have my deposit back if I changed my mind. Raj was very efficient on all the admin and kept me in the loop. Raj delivered my car to my home and went over all the details with me. It's now 4 months down the line and I am now driving it (up to now just my husband has), we are both very happy with it. I can't imagine having a better service than what Northridge cars gave me. Well done to your all, I would definitely come back!

I can not thank Northridge Cars enough for their recent help in not only finding me the perfect car for my needs, but for also pulling out all the stops to get it ready for me earlier than planned so that I could have it for a our weekend away. What can I say top top Car dealership. Rick was great from start to finish helped with all my queries when buying my ford focus Titanium. The car looks brand new tbh. No question was left unanswered and absolutely no pressure to buy. Test drive and a chat was very comfortable. He gave me all the time in the world to sort out my insurance. Even let me charge my phone!

His colleague was great too got chatting about boxing. Just made me feel like I could really trust them. And on top of that Rick helped me empty my old car and put my belongings in the new one! Great experience with Rick and Northridge. Really smooth buying process. Everything was waiting and ready to go (car prepped for sale, paperwork done)-but before anything sale-wise was discussed we went on a comprehensive test drive. No hard sell involved. Rick even picked us up from the station to make it easier to get to the showroom. Waited a while before posting this review to make sure all was well with the car, which it is. Thanks, Rick!

Purchased a BMW 1 series for my daughter from this dealer the price was a little high but the condition of the car was worth paying a bit more for, it was spotless. Dealt with Rick who was down to earth and honest. The whole sales procedure was seamless. we did have a minor problem with the vehicle but this was dealt with under the warranty with little fuss. Would definitely use again.

My experience with Rick and Northridge Cars can only be described as excellent. Through the entire process of looking for a vehicle I was treated with professionalism and honesty. We went to Northridge Cars to get our brilliant Peugeot 3008. Any advisories from the previous MOT had been sorted and the car came with a full AA inspection before sale. They provided an excellent service and Andy even delivered to us up North, despite having an injured foot. The car has been brilliant and really happy with the garage! Would recommend!

I had a great experience buying my car from the Northridge team. Great customer service a great deal on my car and warranty. When I picked up the car it was in pristine condition like brand new. They even picked me up from the train station. They were honest, helpful and always asked if I had any concerns or questions. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family They were that good.

We went to buy a gorgeous Jaguar convertible from here. Raj and Rick the sales people were really amenable and helpful. They allowed both my husband and I to take the car for a lengthy test drive and talked us through all the purchase options without feeling under any pressure. Sadly we didn't end up buying the vehicle but the service we received from the guys and the way that we were treated was A1 and we would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used car. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from this garage, my family have had endless problems, thousands spent, car scrapped! And now same issue with the next 8 weeks later. Would never use these again or recommend to anyone unless you have a money tree!

I can recommend Northridge Car's for Good old fashioned service (difficult to find these days) provided when servicing my car.

I can honestly say the service at Northridge cars has been exceptional. We had a tight budget and some must haves and Rik was incredibly honest, professional and helpful throughout. NO hard sell, no unnecessary banter just good honest advice on the best vehicle for our needs. The car is great and was ready very quickly, we will definitely be back when my husband needs a new car.
