Bourne End Motor Company are simply first class and I am delighted to have stumbled across this exemplary car sales establishment by sheer good fortune. The whole experience was enjoyable from start to finish (apart from the pain of actually parting with hard-earned cash obviously!) I felt comfortable and at ease from the moment I was first in contact and Nick Pink gained my trust immediately, which makes a huge difference when you are making such a large purchase.
We are infrequent car buyers so naturally find the process a little daunting but Nick could not have made it more straightforward and we are delighted with the super car we have bought. A very minor query cropped up having taken ownership of the car this week and even though Nick who had managed the sale was out of office for the day, his delightful brother Tim spotted the email and took action immediately to respond, advise and reassure.
On Nick's return he then pursued the matter even further despite it being a very minor thing and his brother having reassured me. Nick and Tim Pink run an impeccable motor company and without a shadow of a doubt go above and beyond to ensure their customers are completely happy and given a very fair deal. They are straightforward, hard working, enthusiastic and charming - real 'salt of the earth' gentlemen.
We are very grateful for their patience and clear communication with us; not at all the pushy salesmen you often hear about just honest professionals rightly proud of their business and its reputation - perfect and highly recommended.

Thank goodness we found Bourne End Motor Company. Right from the start Tim was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Clearly explaining everything - without any hardsell. He arranged for two test drives with previous clients who owned same type of cars we liked. Once we made our choice, Tim quickly sourced our chosen car and when it arrived had it fully checked over.
Two front tyres which were worn and close to legal limit were replaced at no extra charge to us. We felt they had our best interests at heart from start to finish and this has continued beyond the sale. Highly recommended from our own experience.
