Communicating with the sales person was a disaster. Being stuck in the middle of an order for a used MINI. We have been contacting the center but was told to wait (for 2 days) for the callback, and they never called back. The whole team is so useless, and none of them could provide us any information we requested. Very frustrating! Follow up: We requested a replacement of sales.

The car was finally delivered but it was filthy. There was a crack on the tyre. Sales had promise to arrange a cleaning service. But we have not been informed about the treatment of the damaged tyre.

I've been looking for a Mini Clubman JCW for a long time and I finally found the perfect one online here. From first point of contact to the collection of the vehicle the salesman Clayton Wilson was great with communication, approachable, very friendly and most importantly not pushy as sometimes is the case with dealerships. If you're looking to get a mini I'd highly recommend this dealership and speaking to Clayton. Lovely guy, lovely dealership. A very disappointing experience. Post-purchase customer service has been appalling. Took delivery of a new Mini Cooper in December 2021. New car had a fault which Sytner acknowledged and agreed to fix. Nearly 6 months later the problem has not been resolved and David Hall (Service Manager) is not responding to emails or telephone calls. Has completely marred experience of buying a new car.

Zubin at Sytner Mini was first class. Very knowledgeable about the range and nothing was too much trouble throughout my four year ownership period. Can't recommended him and the team highly enough.

Contacted them on behalf of my Mother-in-law who was not getting a good deal from her current garage. Have used Sytner elsewhere before and had a good experience. Dealt with Clayton on the sales side. Got a very fair deal and prompt and clear communication all the way through. Very happy.

Went into the showroom not knowing anything about minis and Brandon was a great help! He really took the time to make sure I understood the different options. Great experience and would recommend asking for Brandon if looking for a mini.

Just had my Mini in for an MOT and some bodywork. Fantastic experience from start to finish. I dealt with John and received fantastic customer service. Would highly recommend. I have used the service department of this Sytner many times and always have an excellent experience. Alun the manager is also great to deal with.

We have just taken delivery of our new Mini which is everything and more than we expected.
