A very positive and peace of mind experience using Carl and the body shop team for repair work on my car. Someone hit my car, my insurance company was trying to steer me away from using BMW for the repairs. I visited Carl and he introduced me to the sytnerdrive scheme to cover my repair work. An amazing scheme to remove me from any admin burden, sorted a temporary car and ensured all my repair work was completed to the highest standard, lifetime guarantee and protects the value of my car. Really impressed with the whole end to end service, so well done all involved.

I would like to pass on my thanks to Carl and his team (Terry and Greg) in the body shop office, my second visit in 3 months! I work in a customer based business myself, I have to say these guys are super efficient, courteous and couldn't be more helpful, every aspect of getting repairs done was second to none, and delivered on time, and kept me informed, and the paint work is A1. Shocking service! Given that it was my first time using this dealer as we recently moved to the area. 1. Phoned to book a BMW for service and was given two prices. One was 340 and the other 376. Seemed that the price changed in 24 hours! However, of course the latter of the price I had to accept. 2. When I arrived at the service desk on the day, I was told the the service is 440!
The person at the service desk said, the price you were told is wrong however I will honour that price. More like they were trying to get extra money from me. 3. I had recommendations to do with the tyres and brake pads. However one of the tyres was so badly worn they should have stressed the importance to get this changed ASAP. On the report it commented that I declined the work.
How could I decline the work when I was never given the option to get the work down or even a cost given. 4. They phone me 2 days before wasting my time on the phone asking if I want to sell or part exchange my car and that on the day of the service someone will give me a price. 4 weeks on still waiting. 5. Went to get my MOT on 28/02/22, 3 weeks after my service and it failed on one of the tyres and recommended that inner tie rod be changed due play and knocking.
This was never picked up and when I complained about this to Per Taylor it was brushed off and of course he would defend his staff. Apparently it was a senior technician who looked after my car, if thats the case he needs to be trained again. 6. They took my wheel locking nut out which Per Taylor said there is no need for us to take it out. However I know it was in there as December 2021 a puncture was repaired and I took the wheel nut and put it back in the compartment in the boot.
I was given the run around as needed to change a wheel to the pass the MOT without getting a locking nut. Had to go to 2 BMW dealers and eventually got one for 27. There was no sense to help me in any form, not even bring the tyre to us and we will replace it as they carry the same locking wheel nut. Not even a sorry. To everyone coming for a service beware, make sure you have the prices documented or emailed as proof and check you car before you leave.

On arriving at Sytner BMW High Wycombe I was greeted by a member of staff who was very polite. They directed me to there service department where I met Per Taylor, who was very courteous and professional and explained to me in great detail what was going to happen to my vehicle. During the day I was kept updated with videos from there technician Daniel Mortimer, who found the problem with the vehicle. Daniel told me the parts that he was going to replace. What a fantastic service, I highly recommend BMW Sytner High Wycombe. Great service, great people, keep up the good work guys! many thanks

Took the car in for a minor warranty issue yesterday and was extremely well looked after. I opted to wait at the dealership and work from their comfortable business area for the morning. The car was in and out much faster than I expected and was sparkling clean too! I always use Sytner High Wycombe and have never been disappointed with the service I receive. I would also just like to say many thanks to Michael McCashey who has given me nothing but outstanding customer service on my last 2 visits.
