We are retailers of new and used Volkswagen passenger cars, Volkswagen commercial vehicles, SKODA, SEAT and Kia cars in London, Greater London, Middlesex, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire. We are also authorised repairers and conduct services for the Volkswagen, SKODA, SEAT and Kia brands; operating our own MOT test centres.

My experience at VW was astounding. I was in doubt with what my next car would be as I wanted a change but I had no idea what to look for. I've always had a passion for Volkswagen so that was my go to manufacturer when looking for a new car to take home. However, when I went to VW in Watford looking for assistance, Kevin was there to help straight away.
He was so kind and polite but what struck me the most was how patient he was. As I was in so much doubt and didn't know what I wanted, Kevin guided me through each spec of a car and helped me figure out what was good for me. He is by far the most helpful person I've ever come across as he went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. Always friendly staff here. I usually leave my car for its service and wait around and catch up on reading etc. Complementary hot drinks available. WiFi connection isn't great though and there is no mobile reception at all. They print out my full service history each time so I have up to date paperwork. They always wash my car after as well.

Brilliant experience from start to finish. Friendly staff who knew what they were selling. Always kept up to date regarding my vehicles status and when I could collect it. Specially felt the Sales Manager Bebe Dadi went over and beyond his duties in regarding to sorting out an issues with the service team which has now been resolved thanks to him.
