Very disappointing experience and reinforced the stereotype 'second hand car dealer' image everyone hates. Good van but expensive and customer service is non-existent.

I would highly recommend Ideal Commercials to anyone, they had the van I was looking for and Louis made the purchase a pleasant experience with his quick response to emails and his helpful, friendly and understanding approach. The van was as advertised and delivered as agreed even though I live a long distance away. Thank you very much indeed!

Pick up the truck with full service, mot, tax, and fully valeted throughout. All the paperwork in a very smart folder and a travel mug throw in as well. Recently purchased a 2014 MK7 transit With a arb body for our grounds maintenance company. Couldn't find a cleaner transit that age anywhere else. They completely stripped out the inside of the van and installed new a floor and sills on the doors. The chipper body had been made to our specification and really looks smart Will definitely be going back to get our next van from them

I have been looking to replace my existing truck for over a year, but due to Covid etc, I just couldn't find what I was looking for as prices have increased for used trucks and stock levels appear to be lower around the country. I normally buy trucks that are 2-3 years old with relatively low mileage. To be honest I did want a higher spec truck. Ideal Commercials were on my favourite's list, so I would regularly check their website. Eventually, they had a Pre-registration Ford Transit Utility Cab Tipper for sale, with an unusually high spec, perfect.

I spoke to Ideal Commercials on a Saturday morning, deposit paid, 12 days later truck delivered, at 7.15 am. I was apprehensive buying a truck from a dealer I had never dealt with before and I didn't see the truck until it was delivered. No need to worry, they handled everything perfectly. When you phone them they always answer the phone, very important to me. Very happy customer.

Got my pick up from Ideal. I have always wanted a pickup as a lifestyle vehicle. Met by Louis who took the time and the trouble and stuck rigidly to a cleaning regime to show me around several pick ups of various makes and i settled on a really neat Navara which i picked up a week later. Shown around all the features and given advice and it was in showroom condition. The vehicles that I have purchased for my company over the years have always been in good condition and priced well against other garages. If ever we have had a problem they have always dealt with it quickly and without the usual hassle.

We actually use them for our servicing. We have recently purchased two brand new Ford Transit vans that they converted to our requirements. We could not be more pleased. On collection of our new vans I mentioned to the owner that my elderly father used to have an old red pick-up truck and he would of loved the almost new one for sale on there front.

To my amazement The Business owner removed it from sale, taxed it and insisted that I take it home for the Christmas period and take my father for a ride in it. These guys are such nice people. I can not speak highly enough of this garage.

Professional and efficient service. We experienced a minor problem with our recently purchased tipper but Ideal Commercials Ltd dealt with, and paid for, the repair at our local main dealer, without quibble. This was made all the better as I live 5 hours away.

Without doubt the most well managed vehicle purchase I have made. From our arrival at their premises we were made welcome by Louis and given necessary information on the vehicle we were looking at in both an efficient and non intrusive manner. The subsequent purchase was similarly well managed and without doubt the easiest vehicle purchase I have made.

When we collected the vehicle it was waiting for us and extremely well presented. The hand over was remarkable, Louis took us through the features of the vehicle with great care and obvious knowledge. I have to say that a purchase we had previously made of a prestige vehicle at a main dealer was a far inferior experience to that with Ideal Commercials - Thank you guys your efforts are truly appreciated!

Went to view a van. unable to test drive the van unless we committed to make a deal. But as we couldn't guarantee this the owner became very rude. Must be the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Do not waste your time

I have never met such a rude sales man really not interested just wanted our money there vans are not great wasted a lot time traveling Ideal commercials and really not worth the visit glad I didn't buy a van from here.

Went to this dealer to look at buying a new 2016 Transit tipper they had in stock and to say the lack of intrest shown by the sales person in discussing the sale and just left us standing in the yard for over 15 minuits in the rain, all i can say is it must be a nice position in buisness to be able to lose a sale of 27300. Have been told we are not the first and wont be the last. Will buy one from Ford dealer next month instead.
