Bapchild Motoring World From our first site at Teynham, Kent, we observed a niche in the market for a dealership dedicated to the sale of BMWs at affordable prices. Following that instinct, we have today grown to become the largest independent prestige motor dealer in the South East, and possibly the nation as a whole. At our new premises along the A20 at Addington (Wrotham Heath), we currently stock 250 fully prepared, late BMWs for you to choose from plus a selection of other prestige marques, subject to availability.

Very Good Service. Attentive- made to feel very comfortable during the process and while waiting - offered endless Tea/Coffee : Straightforward sales process. They aim to please. Very happy with my purchased car. Lots of great quality cars to look at. I would recommend a visit.

They are more about selling quickly and much less about customer service. They also did not disclose issues of the car in advance (clearly tried to hide it with the broken part facing upside down so I don't notice it. which I didn't sadly). The car wasn't very clean when I went for a test drive. They only had 1 set of keys which they didnt mention on their advert.

After I decided not to take any of the extras, the salesperson had no interest in being polite. I wouldn't really buy from them. I suggest go elsewhere. If the price of the car is a bit cheaper. trust me its because there is something amiss. Not to even mention he tried to sell me extended warranty telling me it covers the hybrid car batter when that was already covered still by manufacturer guarantee. Don't bother.

They will sell you a car with known defects. Our car has been back to them three times during its warranty period, it was 'repaired' with a new (second hand) engine and now out of warranty the same issue is happening again. Having been checked over by Peugeot independently they confirmed that the engine used in the repair was poor quality and over consumes oil, causing further damage.

Obviously Big Motoring World are at fault here, they held our car for months at a time and have failed to properly fix the issue. Instead they opted to repair the car with cheap parts and hope that the warranty would run out before the issues were noticed, which it has. Big Motoring World are not accredited with The Motor Ombudsman, meaning that they are not obliged to follow a high quality of practise.

This reduces your chances of a complaint against Big Motoring World being successful and is another reason not to trust them. They are completely unethical and make money by exploiting their customers.

From looking online to purchasing my vehicle, Big Motoring World have offered seamless customer service. The dealership was huge and staff were visible and polite, ready to help with anything. I dealt with Mark who was very informative and very helpful. He took the time to show me a number of cars and answer all the questions I had with ease, and was very understanding of my situation. He was a pleasure to deal with and not pushy at all. I'd happily reach out to him again should I need to.

We came down today after needing a bigger family car, we spoke with Matthew. We made it clear what we wanted and he did that and was very helpful! He did his best to get the price right for us and he helped us find a deal which was good for us, so we ended up purchasing the car we wanted with his help. Very happy customers :

This was my first time buying a car from a dealership after having bad experiences in the past. Joe was brilliant. He was personable, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I felt no pressure whatsoever. He talked me through the whole process easily explaining everything about the car and the additional offerings. I would highly recommend anyone to ask for him. He will go out his way to help and you will get the best customer service.

We came in with intention to buy one car, that didn't quite work out however Ben was really helpful and patient with all our questions and we drove away with something we much preferred! It took quite a long time to get through all the paperwork, but it was made fun with Ben's humour and personality, everything was explained well and I feel we got a good deal. nice milkshakes too!

Bought my sons first car here from James. The service was fantastic. Really very impressed with James's presentation and customer service. Very friendly and professional. Top marks well done. Oh and I run a main car Dealership myself so this is high praise indeed.

Main dealership prices, with all the peace of mind of sold as seen. The showroom was pleasant and the staff were very nice, but ultimately we left feeling quite disappointed with the experience. The car that we viewed was in a poor condition, with damage and parts missing (non structural) beyond usual wear and tear. The car also had the last three years of service missing which gave us cold feet considering this - in our view (see below) - wasn't reflected in the price. Whilst this wasn't necessarily a deal breaker, Big Motoring World were unwilling to provide a 12 month warranty, or compromise in any way.

Instead they wanted to sell us this 12 month warranty for an extra 1,000. It was also ironic trying to be sold a premium detailing kit for a car with the amount of wear, tear, damage and parts missing which Big Motoring World weren't willing to fix or adjust the price for. Fast forward less than 24 hours and we are delighted to have purchased a slightly higher spec car from a main dealer for a slightly lower price. However, this car has less mileage, has no damage or parts missing, very little wear or tear, a full main dealer service history, and a free 12 month warranty.

I also had my current car valued for part exchange by Big Motoring World and had to ask more than three times to get my keys back which was irritating. To top this off, we had a slightly passive aggressive call from Big Motoring World today demanding to know why we didn't turn up for our appointment to view the car.

An excellent car showroom with a very good range of cars & very friendly Sales people. You are not judged on age or how you look. You are made to feel welcome on walking through the door. You are offered a drink & to take a seat while waiting for someone to be free to help. There is no haggling on the price of the car but possible wiggle room with fees/part exchange allowance. If purchasing a car expect the upsell of additional product sales but with no pressure to purchase. No purchase made this time but will visit again.

I was quite nervous about the whole process of buying a car, but all the colleges made me feel much more at ease. They were friendly and easy to talk to about any worries or concerns I had about getting a new car and I felt the process went well. They are also very good at making great milkshakes and hot chocolates! Sheila who sorted out the final stages of the sale was very sweet and was kind enough to print out all the documents for me. I am now a happy owner of a great car!

I went and saw a car I liked and the service was great on that day. However I went back a couple of days later to pick the car up and I don't even know where to begin. 1. Waited about an hour in the waiting area. 2. Got asked to make the payment when this was done the previous day over the phone resulting in the communication amongst staff non existent. 3.

When I was finally seen I was given a key to the car which was broken and there was no spare key. 4. I was totally on edge about going ahead at this point but gave them the benefit of doubt until I was on my way in the new car to the post office where they could not except the document requesting for a log book for the car. At this point I had just had enough and took the car straight back to the dealers within minutes and decided to not go ahead with the purchase as there was so many red flags on the day I went to pick the car up.

Not sure if I was being treated differently this time as I went to pick the car up on my own and it was the fact that I am a woman. But I just felt like as soon as we had bought the car the customer service was just not up to a high standard at all. It was supposed to be a happy and exciting day but however I left the showroom in tears. It was embarrassing as staff members knew there was an issue without me even making a scene as it's not in my nature to do so. I was truly disappointed however the lady in the handover department was lovely and the only one who showed some empathy.

They sold a faulty car with cracked wheels and then refused to replace it. Do not ever take warranty with them as they make you drive to kent for any issues but even worse, they prolong the wait for an appointment so your warranty runs out. A simple fix as a cracked wheel since October took them 2 months to repair. The issue is multiple professionals said a cracked wheel will always keep cracking as there were previous multiple repairs done on the same wheel. BUT they still refused to replace it which meant I had to pump tyre every morning since October till january.

Eventually had to pay out of my pocket 350 to replace as it was affecting my work and daughter's health condition. It is absolutely appalling customer service by them, + verity and way worse than car giant. In all my 13 years of dealing with car finances, this is by far the worst experience of a big company.

We have purchased our third car from BMW today and all our experiences thus far had been positive. Donny spent hours with us outside in the rain showing us a wide selection of cars. He was patient, helpful and informative.

Visited after reserving a car online. I've never used the dealership before but have found the website a breeze to browse their stock with. On arrival my wife and I were introduced to Matthew our sales rep who was both very courteous and informative. On this occasion the car wasn't right for us, cutting the appointment short. Mathew was unfazed by this outcome and continued to be professional and helpful. I can say very easily I'll go back should I find another car of interest.

Very professional establishment. Courteous staff. Salesman Rob very helpful. There is, as with many dealerships, an attempt to sell add-ons such as extended warranties, insurance benefits, interior/exterior car treatments etc. All good offers but if not of interest, best to say so from the outset as this will save you a couple of hours. However, because of the huge range of quality vehicles and the previously mentioned professionalism, I would highly recommend B.M.W to would-be purchasers.

While I was there I was treated really well and felt like we were getting a good deal with warranty as we had been clearly told that it covers everything to do with the car (we were told a few minutes after that it doesn't cover breaks and tyres) and he even said if it's in the car, you name it and it's covered. The second major lie we were told was that we could take it to any major dealership and it could even go to the original car dealership when using the warranty.

After paying up the money and actually speaking to someone on the phone a few days later, after being sent an email with a 3 month warranty instead of 2 years, I found out that I cannot take it the main car dealership only places like Halfords. The final straw was that there is an excess fee everytime the warranty is used and the warranty really does not cover everything component in the car. I contacted them about this and they ignored all my complaints.

I have recently left Big Motoring World Sales department. First of all, the positive testimonials have been left be sales staff. They are bullshit. The cars are not prepared to any standard, if checked at all. The warrantys are rediculous, cover nothing and every claim is subject to wear and tear. The cars are not cheap, they are just high mileage.

The cheapest advertised cars - do not exist. These are known as spurious cars. Once you have turnrd up, you are told that the vehicle has just been sold but there are others to choose from. The spurious cars advertised are designed to get you in. They simply do not exist. If you purchase paint protection, it is not even put on the car. The 3 month warranty that comes with the car is only a statutary warranty, (this is a legal requirement - nothing more). I can only recommend that you avoid Big Motoring World, like the plague. Cars are ex-company cars.

Recently purchased a BMW 5 series, Car seems fine, not sure if warrantly is worth much as so far engine/suspension issue have been classed as "wear and tear" so not covered! However, I was promised repeatedly by salesman when viewing that original mats would be provided. When collecting a few days later, no original, matching mats in car. Office staff then promised they would be ordered and sent out, and original salesman has reputation for misleading customers so cost would be deducted from his salary.

Its been almost a month and repeatedly stonewalled by after-sales team on phone and by email. They insist mats are not advertised or provided, ignoring completely was was promised directly to me, many times, by both salesman and office staff on collection. Very disappointed by the failure to provide what was clearly promised to me (in earshot of many staff members and other customers) and by the poor attitude of after-sales team. Would recommend other avoid this dealership, or get absolutely everything writing so they can't backtrack.

I found Big Motoring World online and thought they looked great - a wide range of cars and wasn't too far from me. Myself and my partner went down and found a car we liked, decided to purchase the car and was told to go back and collect it a few days later (at the weekend) as that would give them time to service and valet the car. Upon collecting the car I asked if the service had been done and was told no as it didn't need one.

Apparently it had one at the end of last year - still not too sure why I was told I had to wait 3 days to collect the car due to a service when it didn't need one, but anyway! They then brought the car round to us to drive away. When we walked out to the car we noticed a large scuff along the back bumper that wasn't there when we viewed the car.

I mentioned it to the lady there and she said the car hadn't been anywhere to get the damage in the last few days and so it must have been there before hand and we must have agreed to buy the car in that state. I told her that was not the case and we taken a screen shot of the car online before hand and so if we sent that picture proving there was no damage - would they repair it?

She said yes. There was no mention of the damage in the cars online description and the salesman didn't mention it either. I have since sent the picture to Big Motoring world proving there was no damage visible and they have told me that its 'not a proper picture' and so they will not help. They want me to pay 120 for their mistake.

Not too sure what's happened to the customer always being right? (especially with proof) I'm really disappointed with the services I have had here and wouldn't advise anyone to go there.unless you want a row! They are very blunt and now they have my money they are not interest in helping at all!
