Marshams

Bought my car at Marshams and am still using them for servicing, MOT's and any other issues five years later. Very friendly and efficient staff, good repair work too. Would recommend.

Can't fault Marshams at all.ladies on the desk are always friendly and helpful and Ive always received good customer care. Quick and efficient service everytime and would always recommend to family and friends.

After my recent MOT and service, all brakes required attention. Marshams were very helpful and quoted me for all brakes but I had them done on two separate occasions. Very helpful and kind staff, they didn't disturb me whilst I was in the hairdressers - very thoughtful. Thank you all, especially Georgia and Trish.

I have been using Marsham's to service my car for several years, to the point I now have all of the family vehicles on service plans with Marsham's. The team are all ways friendly and go the extra mile to accommodate my requests. I really appreciate the time given to review the service status and health check of the vehicle and if future work is required allowing me time to financially prepare prior having any additional works required outside of my service plan.

I have also purchased vehicles from Marsham's again with peace of mind they have been thoroughly checked and have had no issues with after care. Highly recommend to anyone seeking a professional service from a very dedicated team.

Very impressed with the service & staff I experienced at Marshams. They quickly identified the issue, sourced spare parts & promptly booked me in to get it fixed. Couldn't fault the whole experience, Georgia & Tricia were so friendly and helpful when I dropped my car in & picked it up. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using Marshams again.

Unfortunately seems very poor prep on cars unless '''''optional''''' preparation pack purchased, otherwise they seem to have nice stock of cars. Disorganised sales office and ended up waiting a long time despite having a pre arranged appointment, with lots of people bumbling around and ignoring we were wanting to purchase a car from them! Car had been appraised by garage already (As a PX/trade in I assume) and I was told it was waiting for wheel refurbs and was over due service but would be c/out prior to sale, it also had a broken wing mirror that wouldn't fold in/out and just flopped around.

We also mentioned a couple of dents he offered to get tidied up. This all changed when we agreed to buy and then sat to place a deposit but didn't want to pay for any extra packs - leaving a car with broken mirror, overdue service and scruffy alloys.

Having recently moved back to Maidstone, I needed a local car garage. As you can imagine, being a woman and knowing nothing about cars I went to several garages to speak and get quotes for my rear brake pads. Most of the garages I went to (I went to 5) they were answering the phone whilst talking to me or were having conversations with each other about their weekend and I had to wait for them to finish talking about their private life before they spoke to the customer!

That all changed the moment I walked into MARSHAMS. There were a few members of staff in the showroom and all said hello to me and made eye contact and smiled. I went to the reception counter and was greeted immediately by two ladies, Georgia and Trish. I explained my situation and they couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. They understood what I was asking and took the time to listen to my needs regarding my car and booked me in around my shifts at work.

I left there feeling like a true valued customer due to them begin so welcoming. I had my car fixed a few days later and when I dropped off and collected my keys, the smiles were all still there! The cost was totally reasonable and I will no longer be searching for another garage, MARSHAMS is the one :) Thanks Georgia, Trish and the whole of the team there, you have a customer for life :)

I woke up this morning luckily on my day off to find the car not starting. I had to call out my recovery who came out within 20-25 minutes, while waiting I rang Marshams to let them know I might have to get my car looked at after finding out what it is. Tricia Morris from Marshams who took the call was extremely helpful and reassuring that once my car had been looked at by the recovery and if they advise if it needed parts to get it straight over to them and they will get it looked at and fixed as soon as they can for me.

I felt better knowing I could take the car today to Marshams if needed, the recovery turned up and did some tests to find that I needed a new starter motor and they managed to get it started and advised me to drive to Marshams straight away why the car was now running. When I got to Marshams Tricia was very welcoming and straight on the case of getting a part ordered and the car booked in. Tricia advised me she would get the car looked at to double check that what I was told was the only thing wrong with the car.

I was advised to go back home if I didn't have anything to do in town and Tricia would call me. Within 2 hours Tricia rang me to advise the car was all sorted and ready to pick up. I can't thank Tricia and the Marshams team enough for getting my car booked in and fixed within 2 hours this close to Christmas. Thanks Tricia and the guys.
