4MATIC is far more than just a standard 4 wheel drive. This system automatically adjusts to allow you to drive across different types of terrain and road surface. If any of the four wheels begins to slip, power is automatically sent to the opposite wheel - no matter which wheel. Visited with a car in mind that was not at the Maidstone branch. We spoke with Ash Hook who was more than helpful and went above and beyond to secure us our dream car which we saw online at the Wolverhampton branch. This is now being brought down to Maidstone for us to collect soon. Ash went through clearly and very thoroughly, every aspect of the sale and extra products/care packages that were available to us and there was absolutely no pressure on us to purchase any extras and he left all decisions solely down to us.

The Sales Executive Tom Bassett was very helpful and I could not fault him. He picked me up from Maidstone when I collected the car which made my life easier. Explained all the functions in the car. Having had some less than great experiences at some car dealerships it was refreshing to go to Mercedes in Maidstone and have truly great experience from start to finish with our first new car purchase for my wife's early birthday present. The attitude of reception and everyone that dealt with us was top of the tree A special mention has to go to Rummy the sales executive who dealt with us through the whole procedure from our trade in to our new car purchase he was exceptional in every way nothing was too much for him also he was non pushy and he made us feel very special especially at the handover where he took photos and footage for us and covering the car for the surprise affect and even the salespeople who weren't dealing with us were chatty and friendly Thank you all keep up the good work
