Don't bother! When you pay 40000 for a brand new van you'd think you'd get a better service but they don't care. Got the van order wrong and missed half the things requested like tinted windows etc. We part exchanged our old van with them and they never changed the registration details over even though they said that was their job and could sort it out for us.
Only to get debt collection letters a few weeks later in the post as the van was being driven around through the dartford crossing racking up toll charges that were still put in our name! The stress they have caused is unbelievable and not even a simple apology. Disgusting attitude with no care for customers. Save yourself the trouble and stay clear

Requested and test drive and a week later no-one has contacted me so gone to another company. What a loss of 35,000. Funny how you can reply to the negative review so promptly but not an enquiry about purchasing a car. Why would I give you my name to look into this? If you read other reviews I am not the only one who has had this issue.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! My brand new car was faulty and they reluctantly looked at it several times, did not fix the issue. On the last visit to Haynes they had my car for 5 days to look into the problem (again!) they took the car to Tescos in grove green on their lunch break and my car was damaged in the car park. They also " cleaned " my car and used a product that has now damaged the paint work. They are refusing liability and will not put right. So not only do I have a car that doesn't charge correctly I now have a damaged door and paintwork.

I'm very disappointed in what is supposed to be Kents premier transit commercial garage. My van was dropped of on the 14th of December and they have now been in possession of it for a whole 7 weeks! I've been told they are still no further to repairing or even knowing what is wrong with my 69reg 80k mile van. (HJ69 AOC) For someone trying to run a business and to have to burden further costs of a rental van this entire time is not good enough. A VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE TO DATE!

I wouldn't even bother! My partner brought a part off them for his van just over a month ago which is faulty since his van won't start! And without it his van has no chance of starting! He went back today to try and swap it for the same part since it was faulty and since when he brought it he was told he has 12 month warranty! This is clearly not the case as they wouldn't swap the part for him!
I don't get why a company wouldn't swap a faulty part after saying it has 12 month warranty! Unfortunately because he needs his van for work he had to buy the exact same part and waste more money for something that isn't his fault! I'm disgusted.

We used the service and repair department on the Thursday 13th January and were assured that the repair would be done by Friday afternoon. We had a hire car as our car was not drivable. We were told again on the Friday morning it would be finished by that afternoon. We returned our hire car as the hire period had run out at 12 noon. We were then phoned by Haynes to tell us it would now not be ready until the Monday.
This left us without a car again and the necessity to hire another car to get my wife to and from work over the weekend. This cost us another 200 on top of the already expensive repair that we knew was needed on the car. There was no real explanation from Haynes as to why it had suddenly taken longer to fix. And we were now out of pocket once again. I think with that going on a three star review was quite generous!

Booked a van in on a Monday for a battery that kept going flat, called Tuesday for an update and told it still hadn't been looked at. Got the van back on Friday and told the battery past tests after a recharge. Still had the same fault and then told that the next available date is the 5th Jan (4 weeks away) Had to pay to get the battery replaced elsewhere which should have been covered under warranty.
I was told the battery had leaked within the tray under the seat which I'm sure Ford would have seen if they looked in the 5days they had it on charge. Waste of time. BK20ODX

Bought a used car from Haynes a few days ago, had the pleasure of dealing with Matt the entire time. From start to finish he was great, he was there if I had questions but was happy to let me look around the car myself as well. When it came to the purchasing, he was able to let me collect it a day early, as well as a few hours before originally agreed. Overall was great. Previously was a bit unsure of the sometimes pushiness dealerships can have, but had absolutely no issues with Matt and wouldn't change a thing!
