A car can be a huge expense, looking after it makes sense. Having a car dealership who care about their customers is reassuring. J&J Superstore in CrossHands, have not only looked after my car, they have done a good service and MOT for me. Spending money isn't easy, but spending it here makes good sense.

My son brought his first dream car here a Mini two years ago, it hasn't turned out to be a dream but a nightmare! Within the first month there was a problem with the engine, but JJ autos wasn't having any of it and brush my sons complaints aside! Two years later, 6k down the drain the car failed its MOT as dangerous to drive and after one week of paying off the finance of 1700 now is worth scrap money! Be weary of this place, we do not recommend.

J & J motors is an established car dealership located just off the main roundabout in Crosshands. My sister recently bought her car here and whilst I would say she did pay over the odds for it, it has done her proud. Their used cars all have low milage and dont seem to be the usual hammered rep cars. Staff are friendly and helpful. They offer a courtesy car should your car be in for repairs. Repairs are of a high quality and undertaken quickly and efficiently. Whilst they may be a little bit more expensive I can honestly say with this place you get what you pay for. Recommended.

Located in Cross hands, J & J motors is a well establised car dealership which sells new and used cars. They have a reputation in the are for being a little expensive but I feel it is worth paying the extra for the service you get with them. I have purchased two cars here over the years and both have been excellent, anything that goes wrong has been repaired quickly (whilst being give a courtesy car) and efficiently and at a good price. Staff are more than helpful and polite and they take the time to explain any problems with your car. Recommend to anyone.
