Turns out aftercare is as good as it gets. I returned to Next car to ask lots of questions about my new car (after driving a beautiful but older car for several years. ) I was welcomed and put at ease with everything I needed to know. seems Next car value the customer before and after money changed hands. Bought a gorgeous mini Cooper s, with the help of this business, received great advice, they even set me up with road tax I didn't lift a finger. Car was delivered to my door. I was really impressed by the building! When you enter here you forget it's a used car dealer. All the cars are nicely presented and very clean! The sales team speaks fluent English witch was a nice surprise! Went in for a sedan, the sales man suggested I would be better off with an estate. Six months later I still can't prove him wrong and I'm still happy as a kid with my Mercedes I got there. These guys are real pro's no doubt about it!

I purchased a 10 year old vehicle. Within 5 months and only 3,000 miles I had to have all brake discs and pads replaced. The response I received from Next Car when I contacted them about this was aggressive, sarcastic, suggested I was a bad driver and that my local garage were lying when they told me all the discs needed replacing and were corroded. When I asked for a copy of the "83 point check list" they arranged for their Solicitors to contact me. They have refused to respond to my queries.
