After having my car serviced/ new brakes etc. I had to return my car for a minor issue. The staff were pleasant approachable and understanding of the issue. My car was booked in for the service team to inspect and the issue was solved and my car ready to collect later in the day. Always been a pleasant experience at Vantage Wakefield - service as it should be! Keep up the good work.

I have recently taken delivery of my new Toyota Yaris Cross from Vantage Wakefield and what a refreshing change! No pushy salesperson or price haggling. Christian Wilson made the experience enjoyable and stress free from walking into the dealership to the after collection follow up phone call. Visited Vantage Toyota Wakefield recently looking for a more family friendly car after the birth of my second child. Christian met us immediately and allowed us to browse the shop without feeling any pressure. We didn't feel rushed at all in the end the purchase I made exceeded expectations. I had a budget in mind and Christian helped me find a car that was everything I needed and more (and even better- under budget).

I am not so clued up with cars and he made me feel at ease and comfortable and we even shared a few laughs. I have used Toyota before and have always received excellent customer service and been made to feel special- this time was no different, from walking through the showroom doors to the call from Christian a week later to see how I was getting on with my new car. Will always be my first port of call when looking for a new car in the future.

I bought my new car last week from Christian. He was very helpful showing me through the different financing options and the process was very quick and easy with him.
