They have a nice selection of cars of various categories and prices. The salesman established what type of car we were looking for and was really helpful without being "pushy" in any way. He offered us a choice of three which all fitted our requirements and let us test drive two of them. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions with good humour.
We were not under any pressure from him to buy any of them. We are picking our new car up next Wednesday. There was a 200 deposit. The car will have a full service before we pick it up.

Bought a insignia in November. Car had a few problems. Brams could of not been more helpful. Nothing was too much for there mechanic to fix. If you are after a garage with great after care for there customers without the usual humming and haring, then I recommend brams highly. The next time I'm looking for a car then brams will be the first place I look

Bought a rav 4 from brams the sale went ok but had problems from day one. When starting from cold the revs went through the roof took it to Toyota first to find out what it was. They said it was the cold start regulator. Took it back to brams under warranty they had it for three days and said its normal to sound like that and fooked me off. A new one was 280 quid so got a second hand one for 90 quid and fitted it myself car ran like a dream. So buy at your own peril and get a mechanic to look it over YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I've been a customer at Brams for the last 6 years' and can't praise them highly enough. They're a well run, family owned, local business which I've always found to offer a quality, friendly and trusted service. I currently live in South Manchester yet travel back over the Pennines to get my car serviced at Brams twice a year. I think that speaks volumes about how much I trust Brams.
