Went in for a basic MOT with works van which it passed, what really impressed me though, is that I later called to ask if they had seen my travel mug as I may have left it in the waiting area. They had a look couldn't see it, but later called to say they checked the CCTV and said I had it with me when I left. That is great customer service, and feel they really went above and beyond.
