I've been very happy to deal with Mick Dwane over the past 6 years+. Always helpful and prompt to deal with any queries. I had a drooping rear view mirror with the heat and the next time he needed parts he picked up a replacement mirror and fitted it for me. No problems and very happy to recommend his services.

I bought a car in November with 12 months MOT (not sure how to be honest!) A week later, the engine light shows up, so I take it to the garage and they tell me it's the catalytic converter. Mick has been saying for 5 months that he will replace the catalytic converter and hasn't. Also, after 2 months of having the car the exhaust fell off, took it to the garage and the whole exhaust and back box needed replacing. Mick said, when I was in the garage getting it fixed, that he would pay for that and hasn't.
I also had all 4 tyres replaced as they were very old, but I said I was happy to pay for them! The back windows on my car are also glued shut, I'm not sure what that is about. Anyway, I will not be buying from Mick again as, understandably, I am not happy with the product or the service!

Totally unprofessional offensively rude and insulting and abusive. I paid the deposit on a vehicle over the phone sight unseen. I then waited a week for delivery and still nothing. When questioned he said he didn't want to sell me the car because he said in his blah blah 35 or 40 years selling used cars he "never had anyone question him on the extended warranty" (seriously?
No one ever asked him about the warranty?) and therefore my asking him questions about the warranty made me "a serial moaner a serial complainer" (not even making this up I've got his text message to prove this). He wanted to back out of the deal and kept pressuring me to cancel the deal and kept insisting on my bank details to refund me the deposit.
I asked him to refund it back to my visa he said no has to be bank details. Very worrying behavior! then he took three days to refund my deposit after promising to refund rightaway if I agreed to his cancelling the deal and he sent another abusive text when I chased for the refund. AA approved dealer? Shocking behavior.

Today I drove an hour and a half after having called today and yesterday lunchtime to confirm a car was available, to then turn up and Mick not know who he spoke to and who he hadn't. Someone else had pipped me to the post by a couple of minutes apparently speaking to someone else so didn't know to call me. Unprofessional and just kept asking "does it have to be that car?" should've checked these reviews before going there. Needs to work on his admin.

Been to a Mick a few times before being ready to buy and was always very helpful with what car would be best with my situation and answering any questions i may have. I fell in love with one the cars he had so went ahead and got that all arranged. There's been a couple of minor faults since buying the car which is not fault of micks, however he is very happy to help get it all sorted out and the customer service experience has been excellent. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to get their first car as everything has been dealt with at a great standard and he a very nice chap to buy off.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER Had to give one star as wouldn't allow me to give ZERO. Purchased a car for cash from this dealer, had the car in my garage for a couple of days went to use it and totally dead. Tried to jump start as anyone would but still nothing. Contacted Dwane who came out the next day and towed the car away. Didn't hear from him fora couple of days say obviously wanted to know what was going on has had no car and he had my money.
He was extremely rude and called me all the names under the sun, still didn't tell me where my car was and when it would be returned. Eventually found out the car was at a vauxhall dealer and the spare key had immobilized it. Was told by Dwane it was my fault! Got the car back after a week. A few days ago the emissions warning light came on, not wanted to contact the vile man again i took it to a garage near by hoping it would be something simple.
It was not and cost me 430, i contact Dwane to see as a good will gesture he would contribute to this. He was totally unprofessional once again and was not prepared to help at all as i didn't take the car to him. I would not recommend anyone to buy a car of this typical second hand car dealer. AVOID THIS DEALER

Bought my first car from Mick Dwane two weeks ago. Could not be more helpful, Sharing his knowledge and advice on the best car to get. My new car is a dream to drive. It's automatic so going to someone like him who specialises in them is so much easier to deal with. Would highly recommend him especially if you want an honest car dealer with years of experience.

Mick Dwane goes above and beyond for his customers. As someone who knows very little about cars, it can be quite daunting buying a new one, but Mick is honest, genuine and doesn't put any kind of pressure on you during the process.
