Absolutely top class customer and professional service. Karen was a pleasure to chat with and extremely helpful throughout the experience. From giving short notice they managed to get my car in due to a lucky slot becoming available and having a solid set of technicians working on my car, it was a fast turn around and the proficiency and quality of work wasn't compromised, the team are competent and extremely knowledgeable, I had loads of questions out of curiosity and they answered, reassured and advised.

I received frequent updates and pictures on the progress of work being carried out. A full detailed health check as standard was carried out prior to any major works to ensure the car was in a suitable state before chucking loads of money at it. The Oil they use is top quality and that's rare in the current climate. I can't thank you guys enough, the car although on 260k miles now feels like it's rolled out of the factory. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a honest, reliable, and professional garage to carry out work on your pride and Joys. If I could give more stars I would.

Two weeks ago I had trouble with my BMW X3 and I had a recommendation to call Munich Motorworks to take a look at it, I hadn't booked it in, but they were very accommodating to allow me to bring it on over so they could plug it in to find out what the issue was. Stuart explained what was required to fix it so I left the vehicle with them, and collected it today, the car now drives wonderfully and all the warnings lights are off. I would recommend this garage as they are very knowledgeable, kept us informed of progress/ costs and fed me whilst I waited for a lift home. Much thanks.

We recently had an issue with a gearbox on a 2017 bmw x5. The team at Munich Motorworks were fantastic in resolving the issue. Very professional, great communication and attitude. I'd thoroughly recommend them and will be using them again in the future!

I Recently bought a BMW and immediately booked it in for a thorough inspection and a new battery, the service was fantastic and the report was very detailed giving me a real understanding of the condition of my car. The best part was the fact that the team took the time to go through this with me and I never felt pressured or rushed. Also worth mentioning the waiting area and workshop were immaculate.

Excellent service, my first experience of this company. Expert advice and vast range of knowledge, very professional. Fault was diagnosed quickly and rectified, at minimal cost. DPF cleaned and the car is running as it should, back to normal performance. Very hospitable company, I was able to continue working on my laptop whilst waiting for the work to be completed, tea and coffee available if desired. Definitely return for other work on my E61 5 series.

Great to find such a local BMW specialist with friendly and professional service. Got to the problem with the rear suspension on my 520 very promptly and replaced two air springs within the day, Excellent customer care. Would thoroughly recommend.

Couldn’t recommend Munich Motors enough’ such a friendly, helpful bunch. I recently took my pride and joy there, and it was a hassle free experience. They helped me with dealing with my warranty company’ very knowledgeable mechanics, and a fair price, everything was explained before and after work was completed with no hidden cost. Had a very rare fault with my X5 and after many different failed trips to so called BMW specialists team Munich took the job on. Turn around was quick with updates and lots of advice. Definitely found my first point of call. Beyond the highest recommendations.
