This is my seventh Toyota from SDM and they make purchasing a car a pleasurable experience and not a pressured one. I have nothing negative to report over my dealings with SDM over the years I have been a customer and friend. Recently bought an aygo from the Falkirk branch and Brian was great. I was kept informed throughout the whole buying process only slight niggle was I thought the car would come with a full tank of petrol however it was only 3/4 full.Not a huge issue as the car is great for fuel!

I would recommend this garage to anyone all staff are friendly and helpful. I had my car in for a service and the service department were great and fast. I delt with Marc that day and he was very helpful. The hot chocolate is very good as well which was a bonus. Will be back next year

They are Toyota retailer so defenetly people will buy from their saloon. But please, don't trust them, before you take official the car from them book a test drive with the car that you want, and check all the car around l, especially if it's a approved used car. I bought an Toyota approved used car 3 months ago from them and I have a lot of small issues with this car right now. Just be careful, it's very annoying to pay 3 years for a car that don't make you happy.
