So here they get cars that have been written off! and they sell them without update the dvla, got a speeding ticket for a car thats written off. what a joke of a company!

Rude, useless and broke my bike considerably more than it had been after my accident. Made a complaint and they basically ignored it. Awful awful company, if I have an accident in the future I will be telling my insurance company not to let me bike anywhere near them

There 'runs and drives' policy means the car has been switched on by them apparently with no evidence and claims they are not responsible if the car does not start or any faults it has basically. BIG CROOKS!

By far the worst car auction company in the UK. Extortionate charges and fees, terrible communication and out dated systems, collections are a nightmare and staff totally not interested in helping at all. I cannot stress this enough - TRY AND AVOID USING THEM AT ALL COSTS! How they get repeat business I will never know!

If I could have given 0 stars I would. I never come to Google to write a review but felt this was necessary. I organised to have my car picked up with CoPart and had taken a Friday off work to do so. They had explained the driver would come between 8am - 5pm. I was up and ready from 07:45, but then got a call from them at 9am explaining it was actually between 7am - 5pm, and I had missed the driver.

No previous missed calls on my phone. Car was rearranged to be picked up, I had called them, had evidences of confirmation, and they never showed. I called them they sent me on a goose chase blaming other departments, then blamed my insurance company (who had nothing to do with it), then claimed I 'wouldn't release the car to them', and then at the end, I was told someone in a random branch had cancelled it.

I obviously hadn't cancelled it myself, and had all the email communication that suggested entirely the opposite. On top of that it was the worst customer service experience I have ever endured, and they refused to release the information that evidenced my booking was cancelled. I have a professional understanding of GDPR and there is no legal barrier to them releasing this information. For the love of God, do not trust this company. It was a messy, stressful and horrendous experience from start to finish and I wouldn't wish it on anyone.

They've collected my wounded car when they have said they will. But to get it back is a different story I will have to contact police tomorrow because they think they can f. with people It's a theft Can I have my car back Jokes are over

I paid for delivery and was hoping to select a date and time just like other auction centres. Found out that Copart is still in 1970's era. They don't have any system to get dates and time for delivery! A joke itself! Then they blackmail you by constantly saying that we can cancel your delivery and you can collect it. Copart Rochford staff are not only rude but also don't understand simple etiquette of serving a customer! Copart should be reported continuously by all car traders to make the company train their staff about Customer Service and not Customer bullying!

If you want to escalate the complaint. They keep telling you there is only one complaint Department and complaint cannot be escalated. It's a Scam Business! Copart team don't serve you. They make you feel that you owed them money rather then giving you importance that you are a customer and need to be looked after!

They are the worst company ever I have seen, They took my car to estimated when they brought it back they have damaged as u seen in the pictures and they trying to avoid that what they have done to it, in the end they offered 50 for the damage, as u can see it in the picture it cost a lot more what they have offered. I recommend you that avoid from this company, it won't let me to add the pictures of the damages of my car.

Purchased a car for just over 1k (a peasant in Coparts eyes I am) minus the huge charges they add on to the winning bid. I repaired, MOT'd, insured and taxed it. Day before V5 arrives a debt company takes the car. Contacted Copart to ask why they sold a car with money owed on it and they they threw it all at me saying I should have checked before purchase. Complaints department is non existent. After months of giving me the run about, I got the finger. Dealing with an international gang here.

Absolutely the worst company to deal with, booked in paid in full to pay for a car - charged over 300 in fees for a 1200 car only then to have to pay another 72 when the courier went to pick it up. Avoid at all costs!

Today 08/10/21 it was the WORST customer experience EVER received from RICHARD in NEWBURY, To make this short the car was wrongly advertised and once received the car I let Copart know the car has an issue and they just washed their hands they didn't admit that the car has gearbox issues. Clearly they didn't add the comments and they didn't took pictures of the problem - obviously they don't make money So good job Richard and good job Copart Newbury you have lost a customer and of course I will make this issue known by anyone I know.

Its a shame the way I've been treated and the way this finished I tried to clear your name and I was always helping Copart but I had the sour taste of a dodgy company managed by dodgy/cheaters guys!

Poor service!they steal my sat nav, Warning Triangle, they durty the car in and out remove all from glove box and now no one they said the car arrived with no matts and spare wheel & jack which is false also they remove a front fog grill the car the they open a steering wheel panel and they left open the rear matt and the papers from the glove box they left in the boot also they remove a child seat and its been left in a boot too the rear seats they been removed and not fitted proply
